This target store is well stocked. But the customer service is PATHETIC. This happened today when I went to this store with my husband. We wanted to buy a pendant light but the price which was coming up at checkout counter was different from what was displayed. So we requested the girl (Emon) at checkout to verify if there is any deal on it. She called for her supervisor to help and told us to wait while she politely started taking care of the customers in que. 15 minutes later when the supervisor didnt show up, I asked Emon about it. She pointed at a lady who had been just a few feet away from us all this while; so I went to talk to her. To our surprise the supervisor (VERONICA) refused to check the price, dragged our stuff away and bluntly said - "I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR CHECKING THE PRICE. I HAVE OTHER STUFF TO TAKE CARE OF." She was the rudest and didnt hesitate to repeat it when my husband said that this is not the way she can talk to a customer. I have never experienced such behavior at any target store before and this came as a shock to us. I am going to take this matter to the corporate office bcoz this is not the way any customer can be treated.

Well,....good for the most part, however the reg staff needs to be trained better on how to properly respnd to a problem, request , and complaint. When i shared with a young lady that the top of the starbucks cup was not wipped off before putting the lid on and it dripped 5 spots on my blouse she had nonchalant responce. When i was asking do they have sometning i can use to help get it out that it not stain and i walk out looking a mess, and it was like she wanted me to purchase something rather than accommodating to the fact it was an employee negligence that caused the need for them. The manager was a young man very polite and professional. Gave me two of the 3 tide spot pins to treat the spots and gave me three cash off coupons for my next purchases. I puchased S sports shoes with memory foam that tore up one the inside on the 4th day of wearing them. Im taking them back today.

What an awful experience! I found a pair of pants at Target on clearance (marked for 6.88). I thought I had a great deal, until I went to the register. When the associate scanned the item it displayed a price for 21.99. She stated that an associate must have marked it wrong and there was nothing that she could do. I requested a manager and she told me the same. I have never heard of a store not honoring a price, especially when it was their error. She offered to give me 20% off... if you can give me 20%, you can give me the price that was listed on the ticket. Such POOR customer service. My motto... "if you cant treat a customer right, then I will not shop at your establishment." There are too many retailers around! Sorry Target you have lost a customer!

This is the second time that picking up an online order was a bad experience at this Target. There was no line and enough guest services cashiers. I was called and the cashier went to get my order. A second cashier, Diana, came and called another customer. I did not move and informed Diana that another cashier was using that register and getting my order. She did not reply and kept calling other customers. The other cashier came back with my order and after I paid I informed her that what she did was rude and unnecessary. She did not reply. I told her I was going to report her and she acted like she didnt care. So I assume that it is ok with management to treat customers this way.

After ten years of shopping at this Target I am done! For years I have noticed that the shelves are perpetually empty. Every time I ask for a gift receipt there is a problem and of course I have had gift cards not work. The escalators have been are under construction for at least six months! Then one time I asked for bags which I paid for and the cashier got really nasty with me. Also since putting in the self service cash registers all the lines are really long and slow now. Lastly, the customer service isnt what it used to be so me and my family will no longer shop here again. Very sad...

Its only gets two stars because its bigger than the target Im used to, and the clothing section is organized. However, the employees there are not polite at all, not a single smile. I found a sweater and I got 2 sizes of it, one large one extra large, both on a clearance rack. The large had a clearance sticker for 3.99, while XL did not. When I went to the register, the XL was $12.99. I showed her the large, but she said she would not change the price, EVEN WHEN ITS THE SAME EXACT SWEATER! My daughter works at another target, and over there they would change it in a heartbeat.

End caps were not full, alot of items out of stock. The staff was very nice. Womens bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor. One stall fecal matter on the floor. Sinks all had used paper towels soaked in each sink. Was most shameful bathroom I have ever seen. Told the manager on duty, he called for someone to clean bathroom. Immediate response. My understanding is the bathrooms should be checked every hour, which was not being. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR BATHROOMS IN A TIMELY MANNER

Clean and well maintained, has most everything I need. Good (though of course not exhaustive) selection of fresh produce. Baby products are sold on the second floor. There is a Starbucks on the second floor. I also appreciate the three levels of parking and accessible elevator connecting the garage to the store on the first and third levels. I take my baby here semi-frequently and its easy to navigate with a stroller.

Friendly staff and clean store yet not a fan of the two floor layout. Parking location is annoying, and store is awkward so you have to know where you are going. For example the picture development center is upstairs in the back of the store which is separate from the electronics department but then the picture pick-up counter is towards the middle/front of the store past the elevator- shrug?

I had the worst experience at this Target,and wont be back to shop for anything. The Asian associate acted like he was clueless when asked about the maternity section. The maternity department was mixed with racks of discounted trash. I will go back to the Germantown location where everyone is much more helpful. There was no associate around in Rio it was terrible

This target is very well designed with a clean store. But thethe customer service of the cashiers is horrible. I had a 25 dollar gift card and they deemed it with no money in it, and quickly wanted to move on to the next customer without calling their superiors. Bit disappointed with the workers, but overall a nice target building

Their location is good and good parking lot. The customer service is awful, you hardly ever find someone to help you out with anything. It is more like you have to take care of everything while the employees enjoy their time with gfs and bfs. As a customer you have to help other customers and in return they have to help you.
