This Nordstrom location consists of some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. In almost every department, you can expect insufficient service. The MAC counter, for instance, is horrific. Every employee has a an awful attitude and will walk past you numerous times before even asking for help. They have no respect, and are out of order. Yesterday, I encountered yet again, another horrible experience, and I have now made up my mind to never go back. I stood at the MAC counter for 10 minutes and watched as employees walked past me without offering any help, and then when Carol Golden came by to assist me, she instructed me to clean the make-up myself. She also instructed me to move out her way so she could assist another customer. This other customer came after me, but she was assisted within no time. I am through with this store. I have given up on my chances of receiving outstanding customer service due to my ongoing bad experiences. I am not sure why these employees cannot get it together and execute adequate customer service; it makes no sense to pick and choose which customers youd like to appreciate. I believe the Nordstrom brand as a whole has depreciated because of this store. From now on, whenever I enter a Nordstrom, I will have the expectation to receive poor service. It seems as if their hiring process isnt selective because there is absolutely no explanation for why these employees continue to slack. I would highly recommend people to not support this Nordstrom location. Try your luck somewhere else.

Wowed by their service last time I went and thus come here to give them the credits they deserve. My wife took 7 boxes of stuff she ordered online back there for returned. Received attention immediately, got helped moving the boxes, staff she got help from was so patient and careful in going thru all the steps, asked in detailed what she wanted to do (as she was trying to reorder and change sizes and stuff), and then proceed carefully, also explained some of the things to pay attention to, like some defects make still happen because of the amount of things they have in the inventory and its understandable how hard it is to keep track especially during high seasons. But overall just here to comment about their excellent service they have been trying to demonstrate and its felt!

The customer service here is awful. Every time I come here I have to go on a scavenger hunt to find someone to help me. Old white people arent the only type of people that can afford to purchase things at your store. As Im writing this Ive been standing here waiting for someone to approach me and ask me if I need help. Ive been standing here for 15 minutes and nothing. Horrible service especially when Im trying to buy a coat that costs a lot of money. Like really? I have to go and come to you so you can help me out? Never. I witness the salespeople here stare right at me and go the complete opposite way and help someone else who seems like they will make a purchase. Awful customer service.

I love this Nordstrom store...customer service is courteous and usually on point, the store is clean, has a good variety of items, and easy to navigate around. Sometimes, it is a little bit of a challenge to find someone to help out in departments like beauty/cosmetics/accessories and juniors shoes. You can never go wrong at Nordstrom because no matter your concern, they have the quality professionalism to address it and learn about what they can do to make your next shopping experience better.

I spent 22 years in Seattle and Im a VERY loyal Nordstrom customer. At this store, Ive been fitted badly for bras and recently told I needed to go to customer service to return something because the salesperson didnt know how to look up the transaction on my card. Shoe department is lovely, but this is NOT what Nordstrom should be.

Wonderful costumer service. Decent mens clothing options. Fashionable dress shoes. Noticed a decline in stylish mens sneaker options and brand name jeans for men from previous years. Saw plenty of chinos and slacks but the bulk of the jean selections were on sale racks. Could of been due to the time of the year.

I have been harassed for my sexual orientation by employees at this store. As I recall, they were two black girls. But, you get 2 stars for the barista at the café. He is white and bald. I dont know his name. He made whip cream for me near closing, when most would just tell me they were out.

Today was Black Friday day at Nordstroms at Montgomery Mall and as I started shopping there I notice a beautiful blouse which was on sale I was asked if I would like to become a member and purchase a credit card I decline so because I decline I was denied the purchase now Im so sad

Recent renovations and floor shuffling have made this Nordstrom location more appealing. Products are beautifully displayed, store is immaculate, restrooms are busy but generally tidy. Service is impeccable as always.

This store is a dump. They would like me to wait for a week to pick up a pair of jeans that need alteration. A week? To shorten jeans? Is that Nordstrom service? Hahahaha- someone else will get my money.

Good selection of choices in the clothing departments and a great shoe department. The cafe is also fantastic at good prices. You can get a quality meal without all the hassle of a sit down restaurant.

All was good at cosmetic counter, but very disappointing in the womens shoes department when I found that the Ivanka Trump shoes were no longer being carried. Ill do my shopping now at Bloomingdales

When I go to the cafe, I always get the childrens meal of tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich (Im a senior citizen). The staff is always polite, friendly and efficient, and I love them meal.

Nordstrom has the best shoe shine, best days to go there is Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, from 10am to 7pm, they have a great shoe shine person, and he welcomes drop offs !
