. Found, items for sale in wrong spot, that was suppose to on sale last week, and asked a target store assistant to check inventory in back and was told there was none, and that rain checks were not a option for this item and that the special that was posted for this item that if you bought 2 of the same you got a 10 dollar target Gift Card, was told that was for last week and thats probably why they were out if stock, but should have some in a few days. This was like a switch and bate, if I ever saw one. Crazy. Since CVS took over target, target has gone to S..t. lost out on sale and lost out of 10 dollar Gift Card, and not trying to help. They had wrong item in wrong spot and never took last weeks promotion down, and this is not something that you can move easy, cause they were 50 pound bags of dog food. I lost a lot of respect for this store and the employees there, thanks for nothing target at Stafford market place

I would rate this particular Target as Poor-Fair because although the Target is clean, everything is easy to find and the employees are all polite and helpful to their guests, the staff is CLEARLY miserable which I think reflects poorly of the supervisor and managerial teams. On more than one occasion, actually its almost every time I visit this location, I have witnessed supervisors yelling at their employees for reasons I dont think deserve someone to be yelled at. The other day I saw an employee get yelled at for a full 5 minutes because a sign fell down. Just a few minutes ago I called this store to complain about how they treat their employees and a female employee answered the phone. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said, "Which one?" I said, "The one who is constantly yelling at their employees. Does that narrow it down for you?" and she replied, "Not at all. Male or female?" I think this speaks volumes...

I had a lot of difficulty trying to get to the point of check out with the collage I wanted to create on the online site . I ended up just creating a collage on one of those free apps and having it printed at the Target photo center on 610. I was so excited to pick up the picture. It was nothing like what I was expecting. Mainly because I had added font and it was totally cut off. They were so kind and let me go on the computer screens there and figure out my problem. I adjusted the size of the photo and it printed perfectly. They let me exchange the photo and I left very happy.

The managerial staff is completely unprofessional, rude they lack the adequate knowledge of store rules & policy. I called guest services to complain, the representative spoke with a lead here at this location and she had an opportunity to experience how incompetent they were. She was very empathetic to my situation.I will never patronize this location again. I will make sure to spread the word if it will spare someone else a horrible experience. Leads Jiuse, Tammy & Liz beware if you see them coming. The make up the rules as they go.

The store is fine, I can always get what I need. However, a bad CS experience at guest services wasnt what I expected. Not sure if they were short staffed, but it took a few minutes before anyone greeted me or made eye contact. They then proceeded to ask if I had a return which I didnt, and helped the woman and man BEHIND ME in line. I guess picking up an online order (already paid for) is above their pay grade.

This target is ridiculous with their secret shoppers! The past two times Me and my children went. I cant go there and enjoy being there, taking my time and looking around. The secret shoppers are constantly following me everywhere! So much that I know what they look like bc I start to get creeped out. Not an enjoyable experience at all. Leave the moms just wanting to get out of the house ALONE!

Im new to the area, and this Target. I asked an employee who was stocking, were something was. He took me, himself, right to the aisle I needed. Most places, the employees would just tell you what aisle number to go to. But this guy went above and beyond! Thanks dude! (Wish I had gotten his name.) Everyone in this Target (Stafford), was friendly and helpful!

As an ex worker of a near by target and I understand customers can be frustrating. But my baby was simply crying and I handled it fast. BUT your target mobile and electronic worker thought it was funny and it was not polite and it was rude. You probably need to have a group meeting about work place etiquette. JUST SAYING.

Below standard for Target. Slow service in electronics. Customer service told me that they could not correct an incorrect price from another store. Said I had to return to the Woodbridge store to redo the order after waiting in the line for 15 minutes.

i like this target alot, my wife goes here all the time, the only thing i would like to see is that, they should have more of a variety like the other targets in falmoth and fredericksburg. it is cleaner than the others i would say.

I like this Target particularly because it is not too crowded. It is much cleaner and orderly than some other targets within this area. People are generally friendly and the store appears to be well stocked.

Nicest Target around. Always clean and organized. Staff is OK-but you always find what youre looking with its nice layout. Sundays are best to visit for great deals on cosmetics and beauty products.

Whenever I go the workers are usually helpful. Only think I dont like is that they dont have a lot of the stuff you see online. Youd have to go to another target or theyre just always out of stock.

No staff, literally no staff on one side of the store. Had to walk all the way over to electronics for help work vitamins. What happened to the target it use to be I am not sure.

Somewhat pricey for womens clothing, but a decent selection in most departments. Staff is very friendly, and isles are wide Enough to not feel cramped.

Used to love to shop there but unfortunately it is not a safe place for women and children anymore. Will take my business elsewhere

The bathrooms are not well cleaned. One toilet had chunks of feces on the front and the other had urine all over the seat.
