Terrible customer service. I have shopped here for a long time and never had a problem until I recently had to return an item. I had the price tag, receipt and it was within 30 days, yet the woman at the register refused to return it, and instead became hostile, asking questions such as, "Why did you wait so long to return it?" If the store policy is to accept store returns within 30 days, it shouldnt matter if the return happens within the first week or the last. Clearly, the store policy should read, "Refunds accepted within 30 days, unless its almost 30 days, in which case we will treat you like crap and give you a hard time." So congrats Marshalls. Way to lose a long-time customer with your deplorable service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I went on a Monday afternoon and spent thirty minutes in line to check out. Totally unacceptable. The employees were incredibly slow, barely knew how to work the computers, and there were 3 people at the checkout stands. Absolutely unacceptable. When one customer complained the line was taking too long, the employee balked back with, "itll go fast." The employees proceeded to move like molasses. Thirty minutes to check out... Unacceptable.

The staff members there are excellent and very helpful...Mr Clinton the manager is the best. I shop there weekly and always find excellent and new deals...wish all the others were as good; let me correct that, as great as this one...especially coming all the way from DC. Keep up the great work and thank you!!!

This is one of the best Marshalls around. They have an excellent selection of clothes, hair products, shoes, you name it. Ive found some great steals here, and I love how clean they keep it. Not an easy task for Marshalls, but they stay on top of things and keep it organized.

All I can say is wow.. This is the largest in DMV area and has stuff from North Face and Diesel. Large collection of shoes. Its as big asger the Tyson Walmart. It is hidden in the corner. They need to have a bigger signboard. This is the first time I noticed it.

The range apparently changes on a regular basis. I found it hard to find something my size despite being a very common size. Those familiar with Ross Dress for Less will know the format. This is run by the same company.

Good selection of mens clothes (more than TJ Maxx) and reasonable prices. Only negative is the sizing of the pants are jumbled up so you have to look through all the pants to find the right sizes...
