Worst customer service ever!! After getting an artificial tree from this store which was in the clearance I found many batches lost so I decided to return it. Once they saw it they told me no way you can return it although it still has their "HOMEGOODS" tag. I asked the cashier to call her manager. After a long discussion I told him that Im a customer and I need your help to solve this problem, he told me this how I help you "you take it and leave". So I asked him to call his manager as well, who was a little nicer, he tried couple of things that didnt work and asked me to bring a reciept or a bar code to be able to return, otherwise I cant even get a gift card instead!! which is really weird. Next day, my wife took the tree and the bar code and went again, the cashier told her that she can give her "$1" for the $35 tree. I took the same tree and I went to another Homegoods "without neither receipt nor barcode" and they accepted to return it even I bought it from another store and they gave me a full refund.

Extremely poor service. Went to purchase a rug, requested assistance twice, waiting well over half an hour. There were plenty of associates on the floor and the register lines were minimal, so they werent short staffed. Left without the new rug. Tried calling and speaking to a manager and was left on hold for 10minutes. Ill take my money somewhere else.

They have great prices on stuff, but it can be difficult to find your size. Great clothes and house products that are name-brand, but not at the same cost.
