Have shopped at this store so many years, that I shouldve bought stock in it when I was able! This store is ALWAYS clean and the management has been the utmost professional staff out of any place I go. Its people like MS. ANNE that make people like me - continue to spend thousands of dollars every year with Walmart. If anyone has ever had the irrevocable experience of having to stop at another Walmart - 2 stores in opposite directions - have made me vow to NEVER get that desperate again. The Germantown store is a nightmare, , ,Noone will help you & most every employee I tried to communicate with - didnt understand English - merely pointing that whatever I asked for, was on the opposite end of the store. . .then when you get there - another employee acted the same way - pointing me back to the OTHER end of the store. When I tried to reach management, 2 people told me that I have to try back "tomorrow," WOW. My experience at having to pick up an online order at the Frederick store, ( 7th Street?) was that it was the most disorganized, filthy Walmart I have ever been in. Understanding it was through the holidays, I tried to overlook it - however - it was disgusting to not find one aisle that wasnt smeared with food, broken items, merchandise off trucks unloaded - hazrdous in every way - and the smell was worse, The only great thing there was the employees. Props to them major. . .I sure couldnt work in that dirty & ill-managed environment. Goes wihout saying . . . when you have a great team ( as Mt Airy does ) you always have terrific team leaders - and our management is superb at this store. Year after year - I am amazed at the tremendous positive changes Ive witnessed - and blessed to say - through no negative experiences that jeopardized my safety as a shopper, nor my dread of returning. LOVE this store. ALL IN ALL - MT AIRY WALMART IS THE BEST!!! Great management - hardworking team - and deserve every penny I shouldnt always spend there. LOL

Waited over ten minutes in line to get a video game out of the case only to have that employee hand the keys over to another employee who then went on to talk to someone who just walked up and proceeded to spend minutes talking to him about phone plans. I guess they get commission or something but Im not going to sit their and wait around forever while she tries to sell a phone to someone while I was their first. Id rather spend $10 more for the same game right next door at GameStop then wait for 30 minutes to be helped.

The associates are very disrespectful. I called at 4pm today to find out if they had a Jordache Skirttall (the one with butterflies) in a size 7/8 and the lady who I spoke to said right away "We dont have it." and her tune wasnt nice and then I asked her, "Are you sure?" (in a kind voice) and she hung up on me. So she disrespected me three times. She didnt bother to go look, she was rude when she answered my first question, and she hung up on me. Thats how this Walmarts associates treat customers.

Our favorite Walmart. Its not as big of a store as some, but it isnt as busy and the employees there are fantastic. The store is well maintained. The food prices are generally lower than the grocery stores, and we found we like some of the Great Value products better than some of the better known name brands. Being outside of Montgomery County is an added plus for Montgomery Country residents to avoid the bag taxation.

NEVER ever us their photo shop!!!!! They are ridiculous with having to have copy rights of pictures of your own family. We hired a professional photographer on our trip to Mexico and they needed conformation from her! Yeah that makes doing business with you easy. Ill go elsewhere. Especially since I was in here less than a week ago and nobody asked for this craziness to print off pics of my kids

Try to get some heads phones. I ask for help because I wanted a certain kind and the girl just pointed to what isle to go to. Its when I opened the box up to make sure that they were the right ones is when she finally ask me if I needed help. She should had ask if I needed help as soon as I inquired about the head phones. Young people today are so antisocial.

Im truck driver, I look up walmart on my trucker path app, not knowing that this wasnt a Super Center store. There is huge difference between walmart, and walmart super center, in short, no deli, which means no fresh food. But at the ofher end of the same plaza, there is Safeway Market, and that is a, 5 star store. Va sellam.

I can not say enough about the great staff in the electronics department. Sami was very helpful to me in buying a laptop! DON..... I can not say enough about Don. He helped my fiance and I pick out a TV. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He found us a great deal on the TV! DON IS THE MAN IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TV!

My most preferred Walmart. I stay closer to the Germantown Walmart but I wont be caught dead in that Walmart. This store is usually less crowded and I can be in and out in no time. Staff is usually great with the exception of some cashiers...they border on the edge of no personality at all.

I personally ALWAYS have a GREAT Experience in this store I use to go to Germantown Wal mart and had THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. So I drive to this store or Frederick where the store is CLEAN and The Employees are Helpful. THANK YOU For restoring a Positive Shopping Experience for me.

Every experience Ive had at this branch has been a negative one, as a young consumer they will never get my customer loyalty because of they unresponsive to legitimate problems. I encourage others to take their business to smaller merchants and support locally.

This walmart is a smaller size than most that Ive been to and sometimes lacks certain items. However, the service is mostly decent. This is the only walmart within about a 20 to 30 minute drive which I understand that most people in the area go to this one.

Typical Wal-Mart. This one is mostly clean and always in stock. Lines are usually pretty good. But most staff is not very interested in greeting or assisting customers on the salesfloor. But I guess we shop at Wal-Mart for the prices not the service.
