By far one of the worst Target stores around. Constantly having to enter a dark crowded garage just to park is the first inconvenience. However, management is also extremely lacking. Store manager Josh poorly operates the store, and it shows forth in the performance of all team members. When I once supplied feedback about the unethical practices and service of his team, he conveyed indifference, shunned me and did not display any care towards my issue. No empathy was given, which led me to entirely believe he does not take his job seriously nor does he equally treat loyal shoppers with the required respect they demand. The employees are never helpful or warm; most supply insufficient service. The shelves are rarely stocked, and items are either missing or misplaced half of the time. Ive purchased outdated bread and overly dried salmon that could not cook down. And if an item is in stock, just finding an employee to assist you with obtaining it is an obstacle. I once waited 20 minutes in the customer service line before a manager saw the evident need for back up. Wait times overall are long, as supervisors consistently look baffled on how to maximize efficiency. Also prepare to be hassled when making a return with or without a receipt. Other employees such as Mavis, Tan, and Ashley inadequately execute "management" decisions and are not equipped with proper competencies. Employees harass and target specific customers while providing others with preferential privileged assistance. I recall going to numerous Target locations and being offered aide upon entering the store. My experiences at other locations have also never been as awful as this one. It is beyond disappointing that a loyal shopper such as myself has had to endure repeated unprofessionalism at this Target store.

This used to be my favorite place to shop, but after the way I was just mistreated by manager Ami, I can confidently say I will never return. My partner and I had purchased several pairs of shorts at the end of June and they are on sale now this week (2nd week of July). We went to customer service and the first person to help us told us we would have to go upstairs to find the new prices ourselves and come back. By the time we did that, two additional people were working the service counter. My fiancee went first and was helped by one of the two new people who proceeded to tell us we were outside of the 14-day window for price adjustments. Barely, mind you. By about 4 days. Regardless, I was called over for help right at the same time and the manager, Ami proceeded to tell me the same thing. It apparently didnt matter that we were already made to walk across the store on a scavenger hunt. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location alone and theyve lost my business forever over $10 of their own sale price. She was rude and unwavering in her effort to help, so I snatched my receipt back after being told there "is no manager higher" than her. Thats a shame. This used to be a good store.

Just spent a morning wasted as my weekly trip (loyal customer until now) was left sitting at the register. The customers in front of us were signing up for a red card, and while I dont mind that--a better system is clearly needed. While they signed up the line start to expand, by the time a manager arrived it was 4 people deep and 10 minutes of waiting. Backup had been called however not arrived by the time wed made the decision to depart and to not return. Not one other register was opened or any care given to the multiple customers left waiting for TWO employees to complete a SINGLE card sign up. We left after 15 minutes, no register opened nor was anyone coming in sight By then, at least six transactions waiting (not including the two people who had WISELY already left the line). Of other note: be sure to check expiration dates, Ive already spoken to employees about finding EXPIRED products in shelves multiple times. They clearly stock inappropriately and do not check. There are some good employees there (we even have a few favorites I will miss) unfortunately they can not outshine the lack of care given by many of their co-workers.

This Target is two-floored and is kind of tucked in from the surrounding roads and businesses which may be difficult to get to for a newcomer. It is pretty busy and parking can be challenging unless you drive to the upper level entrance. Inventory is ok, sometimes it is hard to find what you are looking for. Staff is courteous and accessible for the most part. The clothing areas are a bit messy, especially childrens and womens departments. The furniture department is not as equipped with all the items that you may see in weekly ad or online. The pick up at store service could be more efficient. I placed an order online to pick up at store and received email confirmation that it was ready however when I arrived at the store to pick up, it wasnt ready yet. However this was just one experience so I am willing to try again. -Sam [BOU]

Most of the empolyees are rude and unprofessional. The empolyees dont know where the merchandice is located. If you ask them where an item is they point to the aisle with out saying a word. The place is a mess, they dont keep the merchindice in stock. Once I even had an employee turn off the lights in the food cafteria while I was eating. One time my brother asked if they had any more Jimi Hendrix t-shirts and the lady give him a condescending look and said" Jimi Hendrix?! that is such an old band! I dont know why you like that old music! Just go online and look to see if there anymore!" I even had some crazy lady hit me with her cart with out saying a word. Furthermore this target pathitic, the customer service is horrible. The place is dirty and smells like urine. And there is never any where good to park.

This Target is clean and well organized. The selection at Dollar Spot was of better quality and variety than the other two Targets in the area. Some prices in other departments were a tad higher. My self-service register malfunctioned, wasting my Cartwheel coupon. It took me a while to understand why the final tab at another register was more. The staff members present seemed to think I was crazy for being upset about it. As I was on my way to Customer Service a different staff member offered to help. Memory tells me her name is Kierra; I could be wrong about that. She offered to put the be Cartwheel items on her personal cell phone. With that gift I returned to my usual good spirits, paid my bill, gave her a hug, and went home.... happy.

Hate this Target. The employees are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered...some of the cashiers completely ignore you, from the time you walk up to the time they hand you your receipt. No "hello," "your total is," "here you are," or "have a nice day." Ive had cashiers on two separate occasions refuse to speak to me during the checkout process. Not. one. WORD. They have no problem talking to other employees and shouting about what theyre doing that night, however. Management should seriously think about ridding themselves of rude employees and hiring new, professional staff.
