Theres a rather large problem with understocked items, but my biggest issue is with the employees. They are really loud, they yell at each other across the floor, they play around with each other and ignore the customers. 2 or 3 times someone has approached me if I needed help, but thats all, and I come here A LOT. I have no problem with the cashier with brightly dyed hair, multiple facial piercings, many visible tattoos... she was actually nicer than most. The ones who work in the "cafe" dont greet you, they dont smile, they dont try to help you with anything, they dont go out of their way to serve a customer (I dont eat meat; they were preparing biscuits and I asked if they could make one without meat and they wouldnt do it.) Also, they are very slow. They rarely have any food prepared during meal times. Except hot dogs. The nacho cheese machine hardly ever works. The menu claims to have four different pizzas, and yet only one or two kinds are ever being prepared and set out. The cafeteria area is always a pig sty. I just cant imagine the manager is remotely qualified to manage this place. I have never seen such a poorly run store. I expect much better from Target. I dont understand how most of these people got their jobs??!! They must have had to sleep with someone important;.

Its the only Target in the city, but it leaves a lot to be desired. It will carry products for a few weeks and then never stock them again. They dont do price matching even with their own website. The lines are always long to check out. Usually one employee for about 20 customers.. The "market" area is mostly frozen food and lacking in fresh foods, but Giant is nearby if youre looking for that. Update: The store has continued to go downhill. They have beer and wine now, but youre better off going to DVines or Giant. Better selections and cheaper. Most employees at checkout treat you like youre interrupting their day. I had to walk around one employee to bag my own stuff repeatedly because she was just eating candy talking to the cashier. Then another employee came over during this and they were just complaining about their manager not working enough. How ironic! And they are now demanding to see receipts before you leave. To hell with this place. Glad Im moving away from it. Like every chain store at this intersection the only reason theyre still in business is because of their location and high traffic.

I dont know what this Target is doing, but theyre doing it wrong. I had placed an online a 5 shelf bookcase for in-store pickup because it was the last one and I didnt want to make a trip for no reason, as getting the bookcase home would take a vehicle. I got an email saying the 5 shelf bookcase was unavailable. So then I ordered the 3 shelf model to be reserved...and I got an email saying it was cancelled. I went down to the Columbia Heights Target, the same day this happened, and went looking for these bookshelves, expecting them to be SOLD OUT, as both of my orders had been cancelled. Rather, one of each model was in stock, just sitting there on the shelves. The employees apparently felt it was too much effort to go pull a bookcase that had been paid for in advance online and take it to the customer service desk and reserve it, as is their job. I got lucky because they were still there, but there was no guarantee, since the employees did not fulfill the already paid for orders.

I love Target, but this store is horrible. I have had many problems in it and now consider traveling to Virginia or to another store all together for my shopping. I can never find what I need. Its always understocked. The service is horrible. There are people walking around and when you ask for help, they tell you, it isnt there department. I usually like to purchase shoes from Target, but there shoe department is always in shambles, with shoes everywhere. I had an incident with the pharmacy the other day. One of the woman, someone new I believe, got into an argument with another woman working there. They were going on there lunch break, the new woman suggested I come back in about 40 minutes, because she just needed to make a call to another Target about my prescription. The other woman working there argued with her, telling me they wouldnt have it ready for another 2 hours, because apparently calling another Target takes "forever". Hate this store.

I had a very bad experience this store. Associate name Sharon was very rude at self check out standing 3 feet behind me while I was checking out with her arms folded. I told her that she doesnt have to watch me I can pay for anything that I came to purchase. She stormed off mumbling when I asked her name 4 times she wouldnt give it to me. I asked for the Store Manager of course he/she was not there. I spoke with Chris the Manager at the time who was looking at us the entire time and did not say anything for the Corporate phone number. I called but very sure nothing will be done. Thats the third time I encountered a rude Associate. Corporate operates just like this store. No professional service. Not satisfied customer.

The entrance to this store is inside a shopping mall with some other stores including a Best Buy and a Marshalls. Outside the mall are often a lot of homeless folks panhandling, which isnt uncommon in the city in most big cities. The store itself it two floors and there is a cart escalator for easy access to both. There is a Starbucks and food counter at this location. The real highlight of this store is definitely the beer and wine section which was added on a few years ago. It can be a crowded and busy store and the lines can be long, but they usually move quickly.

Every time I shop in the Target at 14th and Columbia Road, they never have any reusable bags for purchase. This bothers me because they are more sturdier than the plastic bags. Since I have been giving this store my business for over a year now I keep asking management and staff about it and get the same response we dont know if were going to get more. For this store to sell food and other items there should always be bags. Not all of your customers drive. And they do not always know that they may stop at the store.

This is a pretty good sized Target. I has two floors with aisles of stuff everywhere. They love using the color, Red, throughout the store. I got my bed sheets along with other stuff I needed there today, good variety and selection. They closed at the right time (10:00pm) which in my case was a little bit too early. I will not deduct points for that but just note that I felt a little rushed. P.S.There are eyeball shaped logos everywhere which my be scary for some.

Its okay. Tienda con gran selección de productos dónde encontramos desde ropa hasta cepillos de dientes. También hay comida y utensilios de limpieza. Buenos precios y buenas ofertas. El local un poco desorganizado.
