Worst Nordstrom Rack location that Ive ever seen. At first I was really excited when I headed that the Lehigh Valley Area was getting a Nordstroms Rack and that I wouldnt have to travel down to the Philadelphia area for one. This location is nothing like other Nordstrom Rack locations that Ive been to previously. Ive been here 5 or 6 times since theyve been open and have seen very little product movement or product change during that time. During each visit Ive always left being very disappointed overall. If merchandise is not moving enough prices need to be adjusted accordingly to ensure merchandise does move. I dont enjoy seeing the same 5 pairs of shoes for the same prices during my visits that are often months apart. Until things change at this location Id rather spend another hour in the car and drive down towards Philadelphia for a different Nordstrom Rack.

Very friendly and helpful staff and clean store, BUT the selection sucks! The merchandise is prepurchased from vendors, its not leftovers from Nordstrom (where you get the best goods for the best prices). Id highly recommend driving down to King of Prussia and going to the Nordstrom Rack there. Its right beside the Nordstrom store in the mall, so they get some really awesome stuff. Ive gotten so many designer pieces there for amazing prices (lamb skin Burberry vest for $300 originally priced at $1700, Proenza Schouler leather tote for $600, originally priced at $1800). If youre looking to snag designer goods at amazing prices, go to King of Prussia. Its worth the drive. Plus if you have a Nordstrom card, Nordstrom is right across the street.

Nice selection of top name brands, good prices. This store reminds me of TJMax or Home Goods in terms of their selection. The only items they dont carry are rugs, furniture, etc. But home decor and accessories are available. Their clothing selection is definitely of higher quality than a TJ Max, I mean it is clothes Nordstrom did not sell. They have lingerie, shoes, athletic apparel, childrens clothing, plus sized, mens, even make up. I would definitely stop here to see what is available before trying the mall. Great prices, especially on pricier items like jackets/coats. Their staff is very helpful.

Its nice to have a rack near by however for the selection Ill continue going to KOP or further as they have more fashionable choices for women who are over size 16 in clothing and size 12 in shoes. I was disappointed at Hamilton crossing as Ive shopped the rack for years in larger cities and walk away with great buys. Hopefully they will enrich the selection for this area as time goes as after all this Nordy and folks deserve the full experience not some watered down version.

In store for 30+ minutes and was not acknowledged by a single associate. While I was walking down an isle heard an associate say to another. "Wish he would just get out of the way". I moved to the side and said "Sorry to be an inconvienence to you" neither looked at me, put their head down and kept walking. Not sure I will reenter the store based on initial interaction and visit.

The way this place is styled reminds me of an old Macys. Prices are high, but the kind of people that frequent that part of town love to spend money, so I understand it. Marshalls is across town and they are a better bargain.

Fantastic prices. Even better selection of shoes for guys with big feet! Edit: pair of shoes had color wear off after ten minutes of casual wear. Clearly a manufacture defect. Refused to allow return.

cheap shoes. looks worse than k-mart. clothes are hit and miss. its a discount store so alot of it looks really cheap chinese clothes for women without a budget. some items are acceptable but not many
