After frustrating encounters with Sears representatives from the Philippines, after an order not cancelled as promised causing unordered merchandise to arrive at our door and charged to our account, after unsuccessful calls to Sears to talk to a manager, after an hour trip to Sears to correct the problem, after finding a manager, Kim, who was obviously annoyed at our difficult situation and promptly disappeared, my husband and I finally met Daryl, a Sears manager. It was thanks to Lisa, a salesperson who, when unable to solve our problem, steered us to Daryl. Daryl was knowledgeable, kind, concerned and spent a good deal of time resolving our situation. His skills and professionalism make him an outstanding manager. Thank you Lisa and Daryl for your outstanding service. We rate Sears 1 star; Lisa and Daryl 5 star.

This store is so understaffed. It is probably because there usually arent many customers. I happened to hit it on a night when everyone was shopping. It is incredible to me that I had to wait more than 30 minutes to check out. Then, unfortunately, the process of checking out was extremely complicated. it was such a painful experience that I will do all my Lands End shopping online from now on.

Another horrible experience like usual. 8am appointment, no contact until 8:30, provided 2.5 hour eta for an inspection and oil change which is ridiculous. Then they did not even take my car into the garage until about 9:45 am. Almost 2 hours after the scheduled appointment, and now I still have to wait for the supposed 2.5 hours to have an hour worth of work done.

We called Sears Home improvement, looking for an estimate to replace a few windows in our home. Two appointments were made,both times 1 hour before the scheduled appointment, they called and cancelled. Dont waste your time. Thanks alot Sears. We have nothing better to do.

Customer from store in Whitehall and over the phone are the worst. Placed order online for in store pickup processed my card without having product. No one from company contacted me I had to contact Sears. Now no money or TV for my 11 year old son for Christmas.

Its no secret sears/kmart arent doing so well in the retail world. Everytime I go here its a ghost town, even during the holidays. One good thing is its always clean and orderly probably because no one is shopping here. How they stay open is beyond me!
