Should be a zero. I called on Saturday and asked if they were cashing payroll checks. I was told yes but funds are limited so I should come right away. I drove 7 minutes to cash the check only to be told they werent cashing checks because they had no money. Called a Sunday morning to ask if they were cashing checks and was told yes. Drive again to be told the check reading machine has been down all day and they arent cashing checks. Asked to speak to a manager and after waiting ten minutes I just left. Terrible customer service and employee knowledge.

i went to return an item i got online on the kmart site and the lady in costumer service told me ,, nope u cant not bring it here u need to return to the website or call them ,, she didnt even call somebody to help me that could know more then she did!! really clear on my receip RETURN TO UR LOCAL STORE!!!! SHE LOOK AT ME LIKE I WAS FROM ANOTHER PLANET .. i call the one on whitehall and they said of corse we can help u come down and we take care of it!!

This is one of the worst stores to do quick shopping unless your a shop lifter with lack of employees and the staff thats there if you find one have no idea what any thing is , personally the managers are great but the place needs new staff and better security....."note" I live near bye but I would rather spend the extra gas money and just shop somewhere or in that note anywhere but Kmart in Allentown

App coupons do not work. Lines are long and employees are rude. I left a bag at checkout one time. When I picked it up the employee was having personal conversation with any another employee and expressed his annoyance with me because he had to get up from the counter he was sitting on to get my bag. He then went through my bag and smelled everything in the bag.

The prices for cat food is pretty good. They dont always have things on the shelves though. They also have the dog and cat supplies mixed up and makes it hard to find things. They could things together and make it easier for customers.

Terrible! They lost my layaway saying they cant find it funny part my daughter put a layaway at the same time and they found hers. No they put it back on the floor is my guess. No late payments and payed in full.
