I got 4 new tires mounted balanced with a full alignment. Had the tires rotated and balanced on schedule by them (Sears). Had alignment checked every time they were balanced. I now have problems with the tires that they feel I caused. They told me I needed an alignment until they looked at the service records. Youll get the run around there.
