The automotive place was a bunch of thieves. .I got tires , they said they didnt have the ones I wanted that where on sale, tried to sell me twice the price ones, when I said forget it he said o wait I just found some. Then did a safety check and told me I needed a battery which I just bought one a year ago, I said no thanks and he tried to explain that "you know a battery can go at anytime". Which Ive never had the least bit of problem with it. Well when I get there guess what.... my car wont start..so then he says the only battery we have is 190. dollars ..I was Flippin at this time, he says Ill give u a jump, to get you going, dater I got the jump the alternator charged my battery bak up and I havent had a problem with it since. So they ran my battery down to try to get me to buy a new one...THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES. I had a problem a while back and thought I would try them again..man did I get a kick in the butt...THIEVES. So watch out for them they are all a bunch of thieves

The sad thing is this used to be a decent place to shop. Sears in general is absolute garbage now. The last straw was when we bought all of our appliances here (yes it was still good for that) and on the day of delivery they called to say the truck was in an accident and some of my appliances were damaged (visibility and who knows mechanically). I would have to accept them in that condition without any extra warranty. Some items were out of stock as they were clearance. To return and re-buy would cost hundreds if not a thousand more. Ended up having to return them all and going to Lowes who luckily honored 4th of July Sale pricing after hearing my story. Sears is a sad shell of its former self and this incident was the last straw. Never again. Do business here at your own risk!

worse customer service on the planet! I cant even begin to start. first, they are lazy, rude, dont answer the phones, you have to go in. when you get there, they dont want to wait on you, then they smirk at you, laugh, then you have to call the corporate office. I wont be doing business there again. this is only a small recap of the problems. another, is how we were treated when their choice of transport companies destroyed our lawnmower. and they just kept calling me and calling me with a recorded message. no one you can actually talk to. anyway, Im done with this retailer. lesson learned.

I went into Sears with and issue with my battery I thought but after talking to the tech Edward Denby, he knew right away that with by dashboard going haywire that it was my alternator. To make a long story short the bottom line is that I was treated with very good Service Excellance. Edward was very kind and got me in and out in no time flat. Edward was a pleasure and made me fill that my time was valuable and that he was able and knowledgeable to get the job done at a reasonable cost. So thank you Sears and Thank you Edward;-)

Very helpful every time ! Cannot believe I spent so much money at the dealership I get way better service for less here at sears ! Also one of their managers STEVE is a huge help he takes the time to educate and serve customers. I leave happy and not feeling exploited. Plan on going back for all new tires!

Worst experience. So many cashiers standing around while customers standing in line waiting 20 mins to get checked out. Seriously put my stuff down and walked out. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible phone service in auto section. Wont answer and then the phone disconnects. Do yourself a favor-- call Pep Boys across the highway!!
