This JCP location never has any customer service agents at the registers. However, employees are behind the counter, but they are unable to assist you because they are on break. Dont even think about trying to call them, I waited an hour and six minutes before someone picked up the phone. I tried calling all departments just so I can speak with a human, and was unsuccessful. Once I finally got someone they acted as if they were doing me a favor - rather than their job. Absolutely appalling.

I placed an online order and it was shipped to the store on July 10, 2017. I was unable to pick it up due to being on vacation that week. 8 days later I went all the way to the store to pick it up only to find out that the store had returned my order without holding it for the required 10 days and without informing me that the order was cancelled. I have been a customer for 28 years and have NEVER not picked up my order. VERY disappointed!!!

Apparantly the store coupons will no longer work if your total is one cent short . Asked a manager about it since it always worked in the past and he nearly ripped my head off and walked away from me. You never get bad service in the Viewmont mall store! I will never walk into this jcp again, it is nothing like the other locations.

Great coupons. I grab socks there. Sephora is a cool addition there. Once in a while I find something for my son there. Home section is decent.
