Alberto the manager on duty tonight was very rude and practically called me a liar various times. He needs to be trained on proper customer service or shouldnt be working for a company based on good customer service. I was looking into buy a piece of jewelry and I called before heading that way from the Walmart on lynnhaven parkway who were also pulling. The girl I spoke to on the phone told me that they were various managers on duty that someone should be able to assist me. Once I got there I was told it was going to be 10 minutes by a young lady at the register. I said thats fine I walked around and picked up a few items. Once time passed I walked up to Alberto and asked how much longer it was going to be and he said it was going to be 15 minutes and that it hasnt been 10 minutes because he saw when I walked in. Again rude! Told me what Walmart I had called because hes the only manager again showed my phone to prove that I spoke to someone. Its ridiculous that a manager can be so rude. Like set an example for your other staff. I ended up not buying anything and wont be going back.

I am tired of coming here and being dissatisfied. The seasonings are virtually empty. Drink mixes virtually empty. You keep taking the time to move everything around, why not take the time to make sure your shelves are stocked. Your fruit and vegetables are usually mushy, especially carrots. I wish you would get your act together because I do live closer but I prefer to go elsewhere. Where I can always find what I looking for for. If you need help you are out of KC Masterpiece BBQ seasoning, McCormick chicken seasoning, Crystal Light Peach Mango, PB n Grape bars in freezer section.......the list goes on and on.

Im handicapped they need to have their handicap machines clean more thoroughly and when its crowded you cannot get out not enough registers open at that time beyond that they need more Health to put more more health oils with reasonable prices prices at too expensive cereals too expensive and the cold cuts this supposed to have the best with the best not sheep brands that supposed to have the best cold cuts top-of-the-line cold cuts any place in New York has a mini Deli has them for some reason they dont why theyre a multi-billion-dollar company that should have the best for the best prices the best food thats it

I have been to many Walmarts along the Mid Atlantic and this one has always been a favorite. I am not sure what happened here today, but I have never been in a cleaner, fresher smelling or better organized Walmart. Now it is almost midnight and not too many shoppers are around, but whomever the Store Manager is, they should be highly complimented for the condition this store was in tonight. Multiple associates stocking shelves and several employees cleaning and washing floors. What a pleasure to shop here this evening. Please please please.....keep it in this condition!!!!

Large store, direction is one of the best for the local stores. Dont expect to get in and out quickly though, seldom are the lines staged with folks to check you out, only half of the self service check outs seem to be operational at one time. The staff, well its Walmart, dont water your breath asking for help, save the oxygen and just browse around it will be faster. Other than that if you know what you want and where they seldom seem to be out of stock so pretty safe bet if you are looking for something

Been able to find what I want on shelves. A decent selection of yarn and fabrics in many colors. Also a large selection of pet food, especially dog food. An unbelievable variety of reasons to be there, e.g. after shopping there, Fat Frog bicycle repair, optician shop, pet store, Manees Tailoring and Alterations, Hair Cuttery, etc. are all within walking distance. A Subway restaurant is located inside and a Home Depot is right behind the Supercenter. :^)

I love shopping at this Walmart. Its one of the only Walmarts that I have ever been to where it is super clean, items are in stock and the store is very neat & well kept. There is usually a greeter person at the entrance I go in who greets me every time I walk in. I usually receive great service as well - I have never had a negative experience here. I will not shop at any other Walmart.

One of nicest walmarts out there. Most of the staff there is nice and always willing to help. They have everything you could ever want from food to guns. It is nice and clean inside and they have a great subway restaurant. The only reason it gets four stars not five is because of how much tourists they get in the summer that go down to sandbridge the store gets packed.

bought 3 month ps4 card and the guy rung it up then messed with it and handed it to me to put in the bag I had a game in didnt realize he either dropped the card that was inside or took it got home card wasnt there. call electronics he acts suspicious the way he sounded and was like I think there non refundable try customer service..... yea I know u took it buddy

For the most part, wife enjoys shopping there so she doesnt have to go to numerous stores. I say "go to other stores." Big question.... WHY CANT THEY EVER HAVE PRODUCE THAT LASTS MORE THAN 2 DAYS? Every time she purchases watermelon, for example, its either going bad or goes bad after 2 days. They look good in the crates though.

Went to buy a 12v battery to put in electric car I built for the nieghbors kids. I had to tell 2 ten year old that wal-mart was stealing $9.00 of thier money on a core deposit. That battery wont be turned in for 5 years or so when it will be charged another core deposit" thats now $18.00. Nice way to steal money from kids.

Walmart is Walmart and will always be Walmart, but why would you have the self checkout closed on the general merch side and have a cluster of registers open that are mostly towards the grocery side? Wouldnt it make a little sense to help out the general merch customers with registers close to that door open too? Gees!

The store manager Brian is a total jerk. I asked him one question regarding an item in back stock and he gave me a snotty attitude along with no help whatsoever. Luckily, a friendly sales associate by the name of Pattie was there to brighten the disdainful experience by her positive attitude and witty charm.

I enjoy shopping at this Walmart location, as it is always organized and well-kept with very friendly staff. The Red Mill Commons shopping center that its located in is also a very nice, quaint oasis for those who like to shop in less crowded areas, but still have the benefits of a major shopping hub.

Needed "Happy Birthday" added to a cake i picked out. Bakery dept staff not there at 4pm today, Deli staff was trying to help with order pickups. I asked if I could just buy a cake kit to add to the cake myself. VERY Rude deli worker pointed to the baking section for me to purchase accessories.
