I really dont like or write bad reviews specially on Walmart as is my number one store to shop but as a business person I had the most worst experience in this Walmart store. I had purchase a Queen size air mattress in my area near home in Philadelphia for my camping vacation in Coastville Pa. I notice when I was setting my bed that the air wont hold, so when I checked the mattress it was defective, so I place it back in the box and drove 20 minutes to this Walmart at 1am in the morning and exchanged it and bought an extra one just incase. The next morning I came back to return the extra one that was not opened, the register that attend me had no problem returning my money into my card, but when she called this manager for approval, he turn around and said, our policies says that you cant return air mattress, I was in shock, I tried to explained what had happened and he was really rude, he didnt want to hear it and told me that I only can exchange for another one and Im like it wasnt never opened I dont understand, I can understand if it was opened but it wasnt never opened, so he walkes away, the lady at the register advise me to take it to another Walmart that I will get my money back so I did. The lady said this guy is racist mind you I am Latina and this guy is a big fat white male, as Im leaving the store I see the same manager walking in the parking lot looking at me laughing, ugh so unprofessional and rude. If you are Latino and you are in this area and need to exchange or return something from Walmart I suggest you to go to another Walmart and dont waist your time at this Walmart if you dont want to go threw this experience, Im now changing my shopping to K-Mart might be one or two dollars more from Walmart but they are more professional and treat you with respect ✊

This Wal-Mart is well stocked and very neat and clean. I would give five stars but I did have an issue. I was approached by an employee I suspect a manager who insisted I stop taken photos due to their store policy. I explained I was taken photos for Google. I had a very uncomfortable feeling when she approached me and had an aggressive tone then another employee stood by. I felt as if I was aggressively speaking back to her the issue would have excalated. This is unprofessional. I have been a customer for Walmart many years and shop through out the country as I travel. People post pictures everyday within Walmart. She stated that it was a security issue as if I was planning a big robbery. Please note. Wal-Mart should then ban all cell phones and cameras from entering the store and stop selling these items as well if they wish to stop the picture taken process. Friendly customer policy is a must from the top down. There is no need to be aggressive especially when your customers keep your doors open. Without us their is no you.

Im a disabled veteran who uses a walker to get around. I came to this walmart to purchase a new cell phone , the sales associate who was helping me seemed very unsure of what phones (straight talk ) that he had in stock and was looking through his locked inventory for the phone I wanted. Suddenly a fellow Walmart Employee walks up and he is off helping her get a computer and checking her out. Really? You just walk away from a disabled customer to help a fellow employees make a purchase? This all happened today July 12th between 2:15pm and 15:45pm I will never shop at this walmart again. Other stores place their customers needs before the employees purchases especially when the associate was in the middle of helping a disabled veteran customer. Disabled Vets be warned, youll be put to the back of the bus in this place.

One star too much. RUDE low life employees. Calling me the F word because this P. O. S. Is calling me a liar about a store issue having a watchband put on. First of all, I wasnt talking to this P.O.S. female. Second, wasnt looking at her. Typical Ghetto-mart Idiot employee. Told this P.O. S. I make More than ANYONE in this Low Class store. As usual, No store manager around. Called corporate 3 different times and spoke to 7 different people. Told twice, someone would call back. Yeah Right. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to get even half decent service. G-mart has been around since 1962. Me, 1945. Better stores than g-mart ( Literally ALL ) have gone out of business. g-mart. The way youre treating customers Hope youre next ! Bye, Bye g-mart .

They didnt have some basic sports equipment such as softballs - and there were no associates anywhere close to the sporting goods section. I waited in line for 20 minutes to check out @ 4:00 on a Thursday afternoon. When I drove off without my bags, I called back to see if they could get someone to bring in the shopping cart before my things got stolen. I was put on hold for 13 minutes (and then I hung up), I got back 30min after leaving the store, just in time to see a gentleman waiting for his vehicle to be unlocked - with my bags hidden under his bags. He said he was going to take them home, and I said I was quite glad I got back in time.

This place sucks. They have the standard clothes and food, except they seem to have been blessed with poor stocking skills. Everytime I go in there theyre stocking but theres still plenty of things missing in each aisle. And in the makeup isle they dont have prices put up in a lot of spots so I have no idea how much in spending. And customer service sucks. They only have like, 4 people on register when it gets very crowded even though they have plenty of workers and plenty of registers. The only reason I go here is because its the closest place.

Friendly local employees. Knowledgeable about their products and merchandise! Well stocked. The grocery dept. is a bit pricey! The grocery selection has been found wanting! Specially in the meats dept.. can not find a decent steak and definitely not affordable! Seafood lacks freshness and variety, but I dont hold that against them so much,I figure cost comes into play because we are not a seaside town? The best thing this store has going for it are the people! Home grown Americans that have manners, intelligence, and integrity!

24 hour alternative to popular socioeconomicly challenged reality TV shows. There is always some sort of drama at wallyworld; unsupervised little kids riding bikes through the isles at 1 in the morning on a school night, fisticuffs over queues at the few checkouts that are ever open, cart rage in crowded isles, and the ever present? WalMartian Zombies [Read employees] who are only ever shuffling around the store avoiding work and getting in the way. Oh, and they sell groceries and a bunch of inexpensive imported housewares.

A very average Walmart Supercenter that seems understaffed. There are never enough checkouts open and as I write, half of the self-checkout points are broken. The food section is quite good for a Walmart, but not up to the standard of other grocery stores. The pharmacy section, on the other hand, is better than average. As always, prices are very good and the shelves are normally well stocked. But the lack of checkout staff creates long lines that make every shopping expedition take far longer than necessary.
