Needs to expand beyond what they have. Mainly children projects and nothing to advanced. They dont offer ordering outsourcing or items related to brands they have in there product line. Employees arent really knowledgeable on anything art related. Sad, and this is at all locations; Stafford, Woodbridge and Fredericksburg. EBay, Amazon, and stores in the UK and Japan have better quality items for people with REAL art aspirations. This company has turned into an Anne Frank want to be art store. Needs a bigger and better selection. Its mainly focused on paiting/drawing and home decor already made smh.

I dont typically go to hobby and craft shops but we needed a frame for some street art. The gentleman in the framing section was extremely helpful. He measured the art and gave us options for customized frames vs prebuilt ones. The custom frames were way out of our price range so we stuck we one of the stands 20x24 frames they had in stock. He put the art in the frame for us and was very helpful in cleaning of the fingerprints on the glass. It looks great and I would definitely do that again.

Great Customer service. This store provides all your crafting needs! If you cant find something the staff at this Michaels store is willing to help! The store is always clean! When a customer walks in the feeling of comfort and creative juices flow! I would recommend this store to anyone!

the lady that is usually very nice at the check out counter was very rude and scoffed at me when I didnt remove my items from my basket for her to ring up. I felt very put off by this! She is usually so nice so I didnt tell a manager, hopefully she was just having a bad day

Its not a bad store its just that their selection is lacking. The lady was very nice and helpful but the store seemed empty.
