I love shopping in here. I do, I do, I do..... I love having a craft store nearby. I spend a lot of time here. Helpful knowledge for the store, in case anyone at the store cares to read this: 1. The smell from all of the fragrances is SOOOOO strong its hard for me to stay in there very long...Its not the stores fault It gives me headaches, but maybe come up with a way to contain the smells more. I dont know if that is possible to package different, but it would be nice. Ive heard that from a few other people as well that the smell is so strong. 2. I WISH they would keep more Bernat Blanket Yarn & Bernat Baby Blanket Yarn in stock. More color options. They run out so fast, and extra stock doesnt come in fast enough a lot of the times unfortunately. Maybe offer free shipping, for items that stay out of stock that much. 3. The lines get extremely long, and a long wait. It would be nice to see more help in this area. The staff they do have there, do the best they can though... I hope this makes a possitive difference.

Its a craft store, so it has a very narrow audience base. If you are a crafter, this is one of the few places to get your stuff. The selection seems fairly broad, so youll probably find what you need. That being said, the service leaves something to be desired and the facility is a little cramped and shop worn. The merchandise doesnt seem to be very high quality, but I will admit I am not a great judge of that when it comes to craft stuff. School projects? This place is a good resource for some of the things youll need.

I love what I get here but the customer service is horrible. Last week I came in to get one thing and was trying to use a 50% off coupon and the associate couldnt get it to work so I ended up having to pay full price. Also was in Rebeccas line the other night and she was absolutely rude. She acted like she couldnt have been more bored and was very unhelpful. Love the merchandise and the location, but the associates are horrible.

I am literally addicted to this place. The weekly (and sometimes daily) deals on items that I might usually purchase elsewhere (even online) are a huge incentive to purchase from them. The staff is friendly and super helpful. LOVE this place.

Selection is minimal. Cinnamon sticks so strong you feel as if youve been pinched in the face. Workers are rude, will not let you look at merchandise if they are stocking, no courtesy at all.

I enjoy shopping here and live the coupons and discounts... I dont never pay full price in which I enjoy. As for the associates I never had a problem with them and I shop 1-2 times a week.
