I called Riverside Bouquet Florist from Northern Cali to order some flowers for a funeral service. I spoke with Belen, who was extremely helpful (especially since this was the first time I had ever ordered an arrangement for this reason). I wanted something that had color instead of the traditional white flower arrangement. She was very patient while listening to my questions and ideas. Then based on my feedback, she walked me through the flowers she thought she would use, and why. I would have to say that I was nervous about ordering with someone far away (and only had Yelp reviews for guidance) and from what I heard from my sister today, the bouquet was "a beautiful big oasis of color". Many thanks to Belen for the great customer service, and for the quality product! I would totally recommend this florist!

I have been using Riverside Bouquet Florist for all my floral needs for the past two years, and I can tell you that I order more than the average bear. I used to order flowers from here when it was Kristi Lynns. The new owner since has made it better! This team has everything you want in a floral shop, they are a small shop so you dont get treated like just a confirmation number, the flowers are fresh and interesting and the arrangements are creative and inventive. Now, I just tell the designer, Ana, to make me something really creative - send the money, then see my wife happy. If you want a cookie cutter flower package in a box that you assemble, then dont call these guys. Dont think twice, you wont be disappointed.

AS GOOD AS IT GETS! I have been going here on and off for years, so I decided to kick it up a notch and have them do the flowers for my holiday party. We ended up bringing them the different vases we had at home and they did 6 gorgeous arrangements for us, which we picked up the next day. The florist Belen did a superb job. So elegant! So stylish! So reasonably priced! She has really good stuff. A downtown florist would have charged 2-3x as much, and the flowers would have been way more generic and grocery-store-looking. Couldnt be happier, and I love supporting a local business. Did I say how much I liked this place???

My man gets me flowers here on every valentines, birthday, anniversary, mothers day.. ect. And they are always hands down the most beautiful flowers ever. Their work is impeccable and flawless at that. Not just a slapped together arrangement like other shops. They seem kind of whimsical to me. Lol I know ..odd way to explain it but they totally are. They smell amazing and last quite awhile. Not only that but one time when they made a mistake they assumed fault and corrected it right after. They are responsible and I cant rave enough how much they save the day.

The owners are very helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions on the phone and told me my total price including tax, for everything I wanted before I got there. And they either had or custom made everything I needed before I got there. The flowers were very fresh, so they lasted longer than I needed them. And they are very easy to find in the Brockton Arcade, since they also have a large sign on the back of their building. This is my best experience with a flower shop. So I highly recommend for all everything that they do.!

Amazing florists! I am currently a floral specialist in Northern California. I needed flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday. Being that I work in the industry, I know how difficult is it to find great service and fresh flowers over the phone.. I was nervous to order through a company in which I wasnt too familiar with, but the service here was great! And my mother loved her bouquet! The arrangement stayed fresh and flowers lasted for nearly a month. Great quality. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing Service and Beautiful Creations. I called asked for something amazing for a picky person and the owner Derek went above and beyond. I have to say if your looking for something amazing then come here they will do there best to keep you satisfied. I was driving to another Riverside Florist until Siri directed me to this shop. I came in just 30 minutes before getting dinner with my mom for Mothers Day. They told me they were swamped and it would be tight to fit me in. Rather than brushing me off, the designer Ana asked me how much I was willing to spend, and they whipped up a bouquet in less than 15 minutes. Far beyond my expectations for the extremely reasonable price. Will order from them again. I couldnt ask for better service in the short time.

I called and purchased flowers for my daughters birthday. She works at riverside county so I was looking for a florist nearby. Ana was very pleasant and helpful. I spent more than I had planned but said to Ana "you pick the flowers and colors and I trust you to make a beautiful arrangement." I recently sent flowers to a friend to brighten up her after she received some bad news. This is my second time coming to the shop. The flowers they made for me were more than awesome. My friend was so surprised/grateful/happy with the alstroemeria arrangement. I would soon visit her after the delivery guy dropped them off and her flowers were still fresh and beautiful. Im in the military and i was on my way out to my next duty station in Hawaii, so I stopped at this place to by my mom some flowers in riverside, they were perfect, she loved them. I couldnt say anything bad about this place. Just walking in I can smell all the different types of fresh flowers.. I recommend getting flowers from this place and I guarantee you and that special someone will love them... Now if only someone can by me flowers from there.

Honestly, Im glad my florist cancelled on me because I had the pleasure of using Riverside Bouquet instead. They seemed eager to take my order and perform above and beyond what I asked of them. Very polite and transparent. I know I can be picky and indecisive but Riverside Bouquet bared with me and ended up delivering EXACTLY what I asked for. AMAZING SERVICE! I called an hour before they closed to see if they would deliver some sympathy flowers in 60 minutes AND THEY DID IT. I know I am not the best customer for calling in an hour before the funeral, but within 45 minutes they made an "All White Classic" sympathy arrangement for me. I am so incredibly impressed. After reading such positive reviews, I decided to give this florist a shot. Im so glad I did because not only did they do a beautiful job, their staff was extremely friendly. I bought the Simplicity Arrangement for my friends housewarming party and she was in love with it as much as I was. It added such an elegant touch to her new home.
