USE EXTREME CAUTION, BETTER YET DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE I bought about $4000 worth of stones (three) in the early to mid 90s. At that time there was a guarenteed buy back which has since been revoked. I sent the stones to them recently and they would not even make an offer. These were not wierd stones. One was a Burma ruby another a neon tourmaline. Not even an offer! What kind of junk do they spew out???

Despite the other "review" they have an A+ bbb rating. Ive dealt with them off and on for 30+ years both buying from them and selling back later at a profit. Never had more than minor problems quickly resolved and the quality closely reflects the descriptions.

I wish I could give this place half a star. So many horror stories come from there its stupid. From how they treat their employees to the merchandise they sell. Snooty is putting it lightly. I wont be giving anymore business to the Rowe family.
