My fiance and I went to this Kay Jewelers to have my solitaire engagement ring sized and to order my wedding band. They said they would call us when the rings were ready to be picked up. I got a call a few days later telling me my wedding band was in and ready to be picked up. We decided to wait until the solitaire was ready because its about a 45 minute drive for us to get to the Rivergate Kay. We went to pick up both rings when they called to tell us the solitaire was ready. When we got there, it took about 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge our presence. Both store employees were helping other customers at the time but they could have at least said hello. When it was finally our turn, the store associate seemed very crabby and it really put a damper on what was supposed to be an exciting time for my fiance and me. She gave me my engagement ring back (we had already paid for the sizing) and then pulled out the wedding band and said we would have to come back because it hadnt even been sent out for sizing yet! We were really upset, because we were told that we would be getting a ring in the right size when we came to pick them up. It doesnt make sense for us to have to wait ANOTHER week for them to size the ring that we didnt even order in the first place. They seemed very disorganized, very unapologetic, and not professional at all. They have lost a customer in me and I will be telling several of my newly engaged friends about this negative experience. Dont waste your time.

First time going in the store looking for my wedding ring set couldnt get the manager to even speak so they ran my fiance credit an decided he wanted to talk to us aw of a sudden. Then i waited for my set to come in the first time they sized it wrong i sent it back had to wait 3 weeks to get it back the second time it was sized wrong again an the same male manager told me well u agreed to the size so what do i expect an told me my fingers were swollen an i repeatedly told him they where not so he got mad and told me that he was just gone order a size 9 an told me that they had my enhancer a size smaller so i had to send it back to be sized bigger again i have not been able to wear my ring since i ordered it the first time an that was the beginning of February an the ring was never back ob the promise date that they give u when u purchase. Im thinking about cancelling this contract an going somewhere else.

Dont waste your time going here. You will likely not be helped and regret you spent the time, gas money, and calories walking here. Evidently, it is very difficult for them to help more than one customer at a time. If youre lucky, they may acknowledge that you exist and want to make a purchase, but odds are they will be oblivious to your presence.

Do not buy any thing from here.my husband bought me a pink ice diamond ringvand necklace. For christmas .paid 225.each .post to be rose gold.the ring started turning.i went an had it looked at its not rose gold its gold plated over sterling Sivler and get this its not real dimonds.wow really
