The employees who work there are extremely nice. I am very indecisive and dont know anything about glasses, and Mike T very patiently helped me look at different options and figure out what I wanted, until I finally made a decision. The other staff seem nice as well. They also had my lenses in stock, so I didnt even have to wait a week and was able to walk out after about 45 minutes. Also I was referred to Dr. Tolchin by a friend and wish that I had asked her for a referral sooner.The entire experience was fun, fast and friendly. She has the latest equipment and it was the first time I had ever seen images of my eyeballs. Dr. Tolchin explained in detail the various components of my eyes. It was the most comprehensive eye exam Ive had in years. This is the first time that I have not felt as if I were in a "eyeglass mill"; typically one of many just waiting to be rushed through. Theres a lot to be said for being treated this way. Thank you Dr. Tolchin for caring!
