Saw Dr. DiStefano on a Saturday morning. Making the initial appointment took a quick phone call just a week prior. Upon arrival I filled out some quick demographic paperwork and was immediately seen. I was done the eye exam 10 minutes after arrival and had my script for glasses. Bought some of the most expensive frames and lenses they had without vision insurance and it was still cheaper than paying what insurance didnt cover when I bought them at an optical shop at a standalone ophthalmology clinic/optical shop. Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute rip off. Do not ever go here for glasses!!!! Had a pair done for my son, cost almost as much as his regular optometrist, ,,, then he got a scratch within 30 days and low and behold even though we paid for the scratch coverage they would not replace. asked to speak with the General manager and the nasty witch I dealt with said she was!!# and that I was not getting anything. NEVER AGAIN I will find out who actually runs that store and file a formal complaint..

Whenever call or ask for eye check appointment, they never have appointment and customer service dont even try. Poor customer service.
