Searched for a florist close to where I wished for an arrangement to be delivered. When someone finally answered after open hrs, I got a rude impression over there phone. The lady came across as condescending while she found it necessary to explain "how the florist business operates" when I asked questions. Guess good customer service was too much to expect.
