I have been a customer of Naperville Florist for years (birthdays, valentines, mothers day, holidays etc) and was extremely excited to work with them for my wedding which was held a few weeks ago. I told Grace what types of flowers, mood, inspiration (contemporary Gatsby) and colors (white) I liked and let her have full creative reign. She truly is a professional and I was over the moon with my flowers. They were better than what I had imagined! The boutonnières (mini calla lilly and peony) were standouts...I have never seen such chic and elegant ones! We received many compliments on our flowers! They are very good about working within budget. My friends, after attending my wedding, are having their flowers arranged by Naperville Florist for their wedding this weekend. The flowers are the best...they have the best taste! See for yourself! :)

I dont usually take the time and effort to brag about good service but it was hard not to want to do so in regard to Naperville Florist. I have sent several arrangements to a dear friend of mine in the Naperville area. Each and every floral arrangement that I have sent has been extremely well received. The photos on the Naperville website are beautiful but the actual flowers that arrived were so much more impressive than the online photos. The staff has always been extremely helpful whenever I have had any questions and delivery has also been freaky fast. I highly recommend this merchant for all of your floral needs. You wont go wrong if you choose to purchase from Naperville Florist.

Grace and her team did a WONDERFUL job with our wedding flowers! When we first met with her last fall, she made a sample centerpiece that was beautiful based off of some pinterest pictures. Close to the wedding, she was flexible to accommodate small changes as well. My bridal bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and better than I envisioned. The arch at the wedding was incredible, and everything that her team created was excellent. Grace is a truly talented florist and lovely to work with. We would highly recommend her!

Ordered a dish garden with added cut flowers for same day delivery and expected a standard arrangement. Got a truly impressive arrangement with large, healthy plants, and a perfect mix of cut flowers arranged artfully within the garden. A few extra, unexpected touches with branches and butterflies brought the whole thing together in an amazing way. Had I seen this arrangement before purchasing, I would have expected to spend much more! Truly beautiful!

Naperville Florist did the flowers for my wedding earlier this month, and I have to say I was very impressed! I had seen their work at other events/venues, but what they were able to provide for my wedding was beyond my admittedly high expectations. The arrangements were beautiful, the delivery was exactly on time and the flowers pulled the entire event together nicely. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Great Experience! The customer service on the phone was great and they were extremely fast with my order! I told them delivery next day was fine but they ended up having the flowers delivered within a couple hours. It is hard to place an order over the phone but they were extremely helpful, asked all the right questions, and gave me exactly what I wanted! Highly recommend. I will be using them again for future Naperville Florist needs!

Horrible service. Went into the shop and was completely ignored, even after waiting about 5 minutes by the case for help. It apparently takes two people to ring someone up at this store. Incredibly rude and poor customer service. I walked out and went to a nearby larger shop. Its no wonder small business is losing to larger retailers. With service like this, Im sure Naperville Florists clock is ticking...

I dont need to order flowers all that often, but when I need to, this is the only place I ever call. They make gorgeous arrangements for any occasion in any color scheme you request. They just did my wedding on 11/10/13, and it was so much more than I ever dreamed! Grace met with me as many times as I needed to, and she was always supportive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I have been using Naperville Florist exclusively since it opened. I love the floral arrangements! The flowers are long lasting and are always done with perfection. Grace and her staff could not be nicer and more accomodating. I highly recommend anyone in the area to try them if they havent already, you will not be disappointed!
