This place sucks they cheated me out of money that was owed to me and when I finally got it, it was no were near what they owed me. Ive been calling but its very hard to get in touch with someone and if they do answer the phone they just gonna give me the run arounds! They owe me 8 months of backpay but I only received a month worth of pay and on top of that I got fired after working there a whole year all my hard work and dedication went into this job and they just let me go with no hesitation because of a small argument between me and another guy when I see people argue and get into it almost everyday in there and is still currently working which I do not think is right worst experience ever.

Sucks will never shop their again made a delivery their took over 2hrs and they put some one in front of me lost pay told my boss never again hopefully that will drive their freight up dont shop their no more they took part of my pay check I drive over the road. 3hrs lost pay and they wont take u early do not show up 45min early u will wait out side the gate then the police will harass u never shop their again and their other companies( auldies)

Told the receiving clerk my dispatch might be a while getting the "bio-terrorism" form sent in... She began cussing and berating me for not having a form that neither myself, my dispatch, or the broker had ever heard of... Incredibly unprofessional and ill tempered, not someone who deserves to keep her job but the Trader Joes web site, conveniently, does not have any contact information for general inquiries or complaints...

This Place Sucks

Love it. Always night appointments and always fast as hell. You need a safety vest but if you dont have one theyll let you barrow one. I forgot to return mine. I called them back an told them I accidently stole their vest and Ill return it an they couldnt care less an pretty much told me to keep it. Gate guards are usually cool. The Hispanic girl that works in the office is hot and awesome. Always a pleasure.

The ones in the office are very slow and rude. I checked in 15 minutes early and they said come back at my exact appointment. I was fine with that until when I walked in to the office, Therere two drivers ahead of me and it took them half an hour to assign them doors. The lady checked me in half hour late... Unprofessional and disrespectful

Rude receiving staff.made very bad copies of PODS(brought 2 copies with me) didnt want to write xtra numbers on my 2nd copy (received from the shipper).Spoke with receiving manager Jane- no changes.Try to Avoid them!!! Carrier service 0 !

Slow unprofessional and quite a disappointment. This is a rail delivery unload it and count later, dont hold a driver hostage the driver didnt get it from the actual shipper he got it from the rail !!!

They have no problem makeing things difficult on a driver and they have no problem makeing you wait.They have no problem with wasting your clock time,but god forbid dont be late.Charge them accordingly.

No problems here whatsoever. I was given a door right at check-in I backed into door and was unloaded in 2 hours. Immediately got my paperwork and was on my way. I would deliver here again.

Its ok. Definitely no place to park over night. However, there is a pilot 2 miles away but generally full early so plan to be there before dinner to get a spot to park.
