Several years back I have been seeking a different floral business. I searched Google and came across Blossom Basket, noting there were to sites, which to me meant a good business. I opted for the South Duncan Road store, and was very pleased when I entered the store. I was very pleasantly and courteously greeted and attended to. After several visits in person, I called in an order. The recipient sent me a photo of her bouquet, and it equaled the lovely ones you have in your display case. Now, if I cannot make it in, I either phone or email my order, knowing the end product will be as wonderful as if I had picked it up myself for delivery,. I have recommended Blossom Basket to others who have used you for floral arrangements, and they have also been well pleased. Sincerely, J. THOMAS

Not happy at all I sent flowers to St Patricks Church in Urbana which is not too far and they charged me 15.00 then the basket I sent was late getting to the service they brought it in while the service was in progress. I told them to use the florist artistic touch when picking the color.. Will not use them again unless they correct this and send flowers to my daughter in law. Thought it would be nice if she could bring the basket home to enjoy the flowers... I think they just threw them out they were so bad...... Then my daughter in law said they looked like something that was left overs from a week ago. And even the funeral home commented on how bad they looks very disappointed in the flowers and service I got. Update they refunded me my purchase. Thank you.......

I thought I would call a local out of state florist direct, instead of one of the Internet services. Blossom Basket Florist was closed on Sundays but I called anyway. Boy was I surprised. What appeared to be an answering service, took my order and handled everything to the minutest detail and got my order quickly and had it delivered the next day. My sister was very pleased and immediately sent me a text picture of her feel better gift. I am sure you have a new customer locally in her and I will certainly use Blossom again. Thanks!

Everything for the most part was professional but the issue I had was when I spoke with 2 reps trying to get my ordered delivered at a specific time. I had to call back twice and make sure that they had there driver on there way to the destination I had provided. The lady told me it would be delivered before 5pm but it wasnt. Called back again and she apologized for giving me inaccurate information. The flowers got delivered, just not in time. If you order be sure to be very specific so that this doesnt happen to you.

I order Pink Roses specifically from here in Champaign/Urbana for my wife regularly, because in all the years I have ordered from them, there has never been a time when I have had poor service or poor quality flowers! They are very friendly, very accommodating, and very fast. I call and place the order, pay with a credit card already on file, and usually within an hour or so, my wife calls me to say they are Beautiful! Thank You Blossom Basket and the Employees at these 2 locations!

This Florist is simply amazing. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful when I call from New York to orderflowers for my Mother. I let them choose what to make now, because they know what my Mom likes! I am blown away by their service. This year I needed same day delivery, and they accommodated me. The woman that answered the phone was so professional and kind...I felt like I knew her.. I highly recommend Blossom Basket Florist!!

Blossom Basket always does an amazing job! I recently ordered fall basket for a family friends funeral. Nothing is cheap anymore, but I have to say the basket they prepared was gorgeous and well worth what we paid... I was referred to Blossom Basket Florist by the local hospital. It was a phone order because I am out of town. The florist was very helpful explaining different pricing, flower choices and making recommendations. The arrangement was delivered to my ill friend the same day. I was so pleased to get the phone call from my friend saying how beautiful the flowers were and how they brightened his day!

Not impressed. I was ordering from out of state and the person on the telephone was cold and unhelpful about locations of things, etc. There was a lot of discussion about money and prices but very little about flowers. I asked about in-season flowers and was told "oh its a colorful mix...." It was overall not a very pleasant experience. I dont know, however, if the flowers were nice or not.
