I placed an order online on Thursday for Mothers Day flowers to be delivered by Saturday and received an email Thursday at midnight (because I live in Australia) saying that they couldnt process my order because they needed further information of my card. On the website there is no area to put your CV code or security code. First mistake. Then come Saturday I still received no reply. Second mistake. Then when I called, Karen, (I think thats her name) was absolutely rude to me. Third mistake. She continued to tell me that she "told me to call, not email back." I never went through with the flowers because of how unnecessarily rude she was and then continued to say she wasnt being rude. Im sorry, but I worked in customer service for over 10 years and let me tell you, the motto is, "the customer is always right" and "kill them with kindness." Maybe theyre good for other occasions and in person, but receiving online orders is not their specialty.

2/15/2011 - My Fiance bought me a Valentines Day Bokay from the Flower Basket on Monday, Its the most gorgeous bokay, the yellow roses & daisy mums with the purple mums and hydrangea are just beautiful. The white tall Star of Bethelum stalks set the whole thing off perfectly. Its so gorgeous I had to take a picture of it and send to work for my screen saver. I can enjoy it all day long now. Wow! I definitely recommend the Flower Basket. I live out of state and my mom is recovering from surgery at Provena McAuley Manor. I called Flower Basket (Brandy?) on Saturday at 1 pm to place the order and by 3 pm my mom called to thank me for the "most beautiful flowers" shes ever received. Thank you Flower Basket for making my moms day!

We just wanted to thank the Flower Basket with the help for the Bar Mitzvah held at Temple BNai Israel on Oct 10, 2009. The flowers were what we wanted and more. Received a dozen yellow roses for Valentines Day. Card was misplaced and not delivered with arrangement. Two days later, 2 flowers bloomed and other 10 stayed closed and drooped. And yes, they have fresh water. Beyond disappointed with their lack of care/concern, when I called. Im sure these cost a pretty penny!

AWESOME!!! I called on a Friday morning to have Valentines Day flowers delivered same day. The woman on the phone was fantastic and helpful. a few hours later my wife, a Nurse at Mercy Hospital, received her beautiful bouquet of roses. THANKS!!!
