Extremely disappointed! If you order flowers from this place, youd better pick them up yourself or purchase somewhere else. I ordered a bouquet on December 30th at 1:00 pm for a funeral on January 3rd (four days in advance!). I called them several times to make sure they saw a special request I had. Nobody ever picked up the phone. I left two messages. The flowers NEVER ARRIVED!!! The funeral director called them right before the service started...again, no answer! I am now disputing the charge through my bank.

0 Stars...Dont even think about it, they will only take your money and once you call they say they never received the order. and have to deal with the bank to get the money back..
