Not impressed with this company, used for my wedding. Before this, my husband insisted we used Flower Alley based on the rapport he had built in using them to send me flowers frequently in the last 2 years. However, I was made well aware that I was not top priority- I flew in from overseas a week before my wedding to finalize details and was told that they were too busy with Mothers Day orders to meet with me. So I was not surprised when the bouquet I picked up on the morning of my wedding was not exactly what I wanted, but ok, good enough. Then I noticed once I got them in my car that several flowers in my bouquet had brown edges and were actually wilting! I had asked for flowers for my cake and was given a few roses without those little water tubes- they were dead before I could drive to Detroit to give them to the caterer. Shame on Flower Alley for treating a customer this way- the last thing a bride wants to worry about is that her florist is too busy to meet with her, and to see that her flowers are the bottom of the barrel, but there is nothing she can do about it the day of the wedding.

This place ROCKS! Ive received many flower arrangements over the years, and I have to say, this was the best arrangement Ive ever received. My husband sent me flowers for my Birthday yesterday, and informed me the lady on the other end was receptive and kind. He told her the size of the arrangement he wanted but no details. He said "Youre the professional- go ahead and be creative" Typical man. lol AND let me tell you, they were perfect! I have no idea, if they stalked me on social media or what, but these were so me! Perfect Rustic CHIC! Bright colors, in a jar wrapped with jute rope! My fav! Thank you to the artist who put together the beautiful flowers I received yesterday. They made my day!

If you order from the Flower Alley, DO NOT select to allow them to make substitutions to your order if you are ordering online. I did, and it was a big mistake. The arrangement I selected from their site included red roses. Instead of red roses they substituted pink roses in the arrangement they delivered. When I wrote them about this and that I was unhappy with that substitution I was told that I didnt specify in the comments box that I wanted red roses. I kinda thought thats what the picture on their website was for, but apparently they choose to send whatever they want if you select to allow them to substitute.

I had a fantastic experience with The Flower Alley Novi. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable! They were willing and able to accommodate me and my bridesmaids, as well as my flower girls for my special day with less than a months notice! When I picked up the flowers, they exceeded my expectations. The arrangements were lovelier than I imagined. I would recommend them to any and everyone! Kaila and Lee Ann are amazing, and were very quick to respond to my voice mails and emails. Im not sure what event I will need flowers for next, but when I do have an event, I will be back!

If you are looking for the most beautiful flower arrangements in the area, this is the place. Le Ann is an artist with flowers and will exceed your expectations every time. She is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, full of great ideas and always cheerful. Whatever your floral needs are, dont go anywhere else because you will get the best here and her work is both stunning and affordable. She even did our small wedding with only 2 days notice!

I wanted to start the new year off with something fresh. I decided to go with some fresh flowers. Heading into the Flower Alley I knew I wanted something different then roses (although their roses looked beautiful). I could have picked out a premade bouquet but the staff took the time to show me the large variety of flowers available and offered some suggestions. The final arrangement turned out beautiful and I was very happy with it!

The Flower Alley in Michigan did two events at our golf course. All of the arrangements were spectacular, the designs were so unique and different. It wowed all the guests. Lee Ann and Jeff are great to work with, have such great ideas. Their florals, balloons and arrangements are so creative. The flowers are so fresh and beautiful. Service is prompt as well. Would recommend them to anyone! Thank-you Again!!!
