Okay I must say that the furniture is beautiful but I have dealt with this place and every single time they deliver furniture theres always a problem and its very irritating. I have ordered a dining room table set a couch a mattress for my bedroom and a bunk bed for my kids. A couple days ago they delivered the house but once they open the door to the truck they scratched the couch so now Im waiting for them to replace it. The dining room table set was perfect. When they were putting the bed together they realize they didnt even bring the right mattress so I had to wait for that as well. Then I waited another couple days because they apparently messed up the bunk bed so they brought that today they made the bunk bed and it is very pretty but when I went to look at it because theres always something wrong they left a piece of wood with nails sticking out and theres a just a piece of wood sticking out of the bottom of the bunk bed and I have no idea what it is. Theres always a problem I always have to wait the people are nice when they come to deliver it but its just very irritating that I have to keep that I have to keep staying home for them to just take one piece and then theres still something wrong with it so I give this a one-star review because there is no reason to have so many problems where they have to mess up leave scratches ruin the furniture that I just bought its just too much so after this I will never be going there again

Very disappointed with the lake wales service. Was given living room set with scratches and small holes 3 times and then told the owner would not make it right because they were coming like that from badcock warehouse. I say refund me my money and let me go else where to purchase something with out any damage.
