After two months, the seams on the pillows started separating and Lazyboy sent out replacements. Now the seams are starting to separate on other areas of the sectional that cannot be "replaced". Have sent multiple pictures to the store and to Lazyboy. It is taking forever to get their tech to personally come to the house to validate. On top of this the procedure is they tell me the day before when they will arrive. No concern to my schedule so I need to take the entire day off. I went to the store where I dropped over $7000 and asked the manager for help since I bought the furniture from his store. Just gave me excuses and took zero ownership of my customer satisfaction issue. Last piece of furniture I will buy from him.

3 stars due to a high quality product, however the customer service falls short. To this day, I still have an unresolved issue with this location. The manager said he was unable to assist me as his boss was on vacation, but would reach out to me when they returned. I still have not heard back from them. My family has bought over 5 collections of furniture from La-Z-Boy over the last couple decades, but since its now corporately owned, the friendliness of the staff and high level of customer service is now gone! Im not saying dont buy from this location, but for top dollar youll spend, check out some of the competitors! Ill be buying elsewhere.

Cancelled "Lifetime" Supply of Leather Cleaner without any notice. Took zero ownership the issue and would do nothing to fix the problem. Buyer beware.
