My husband and I drove up from the Cape in Jan. 2009 intent on buying a car (for me) at this dealership, the one closest to us. We kept our fingers crossed that we would be treated fairly, would not be pressured or have anyone breathing down our necks, and especially hoped we would not have to spend hours haggling over price. When we got there, we could tell that this was not a typical dealership, the kind you want to run screaming from. Our salersperson, Russell, was cordial, professional, and never pressured us. He answered all our questions, let us drive around as much as we wanted, and we did not have to haggle very much at all to get a really good deal. Best of all, they had the exact model w/the features I wanted, right there on the lot. (We were initially looking at a small Lexus, but after research, saw that the Mazda had everything I wanted, including leather seats. And the Mazda3 was about $14K less!!) I was really happy and very pleased with our purchase. Here it is one year later and I still adore my 2009 Mazda3! I LOVE to drive it, and it is the best car I have ever owned. We are heading back tomorrow for some maintenance, and I bet we will be treated just as we were a year ago.

Very impressed, I emailed them and they called me back less than 24 hours later. Scheduled an appointment the following day and purchased the car. The sales and service was impeccable. Mike the salesman was phenomenal and everyone involved from Chriss email down to sales and service department who already scheduled my first service appointment, everything was very easy. I used to be a Nissan Baby and now I am a Mazda Momma. The entire process was very smooth and pleasant as there was no pressure from the start to the finish. I look forward to building a great relationship with Mazda for the future.

Love our new Car Thank you Chris ,Tony and Amy it was a pleasure dealing with you while purchasing our new Mazda.. The no pressure and professional staff made a huge difference for us. As we have been looking around for a while. We really appreciated the time taken to demonstrate and explain all those "lovely" many features in our new car. The paperwork was speedy and went off without a hitch everything clearly explained. We love the fact that that Alden Mazda is so close by to Buzzards Bay Area . It will be a pleasure to return when keeping with our maintenance schedule.

Great experience buying a new car at Alden Mazda. Chris Britto was awesome to deal with. Not your typical pressured sales pitch to get you to purchase. Sales Manager, Tony, was very courtesy and polite when evaluating my trade. Was also impressed that they take the time to introduce you to the Service Manager, Brendan, so if you use them for service you at least have an idea who you are dealing with. Thank you for making my new purchase a great experience. Love the car!!

Normally, car buying is a dreadful experience but not with the Alden Mazda team. We recently purchased a Mazda6 and had the best car buying experience. The sales team were awesome to work with. They were all very "down to earth" and we did not feel the slightest pressure at all. They accommodated all our needs and put us into a great car within our budget. We have owned Hondas and decided to try out a Mazda and are happy we did. We definitely recommend going to Alden Mazda.

I have bought 3 New cars from them and only one elsewhere in the past dozen years. They have always been honest with me. I get great deals every time, always below the market price (well, that one time they couldnt do it, but I bought the next one there). The service department is great also. I have been able to get an appointment when I wanted one. The price of maintenance items, such as oil changes, is not overpriced. A great place to buy and service a car!

I bought a Mazda cx5 this weekend my sales representative was Chris Britto and the manager was Amy King had a awesome experience Chris was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process once I decided to purchase the care and Amy got me the price I was comfortable with. I had previously gone to Tasca Mazda in Seekonk but the gentlemen who workeD with me was not personable or open to working with me regarding the price so I was glad I went to Alden.

On March 12th, I bought a brand new Mazda 2016 AWD CX-5 GT, Within 48 hours my car started having major issues, in a week it it had major safety issue, electric system completely failed while i was driving on the highway it shut down while I was going 64 mph... a nightmare. Anyway, Alden Mazda has not stepped up to help me replace this vehicle per the Massachusetts Lemon Law. As a result I have been forced to persue legal action.

I recently wanted to upgrade to a larger automobile. I called my car salesman and learned he had moved to Alden Mazda. I owned a NEW Mazda in the past and I always liked their product. First visit took the vehicle in for some minor issues and also purchased new tires for the vehicle. The staff was very informative and was able to complete everything the same day. The staff took their time to explain everything and also took the time to introduce themselves. Great customer service I feel very confident going back for all my service needs.

I needed a big repair done and Alden gave me the best price out of three different dealers. They kept to the price they quoted me and were pretty accommodating. They did a good job. I would recommend for service if you need to get something done at a dealer.
