I purchased a 2015 Mercedes C400 from MB Hanover in September and couldnt be more happy with my experience. For a brand new dealership they certainly make you feel like they have been in the business for many years. Rob was my product specialist and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. I previously owned 2 BMW 335xi coupes but always appreciated the comfort and features Mercedes has to offer. After researching many cars in this class and driving the C400 I was sold. Not only does the C400 outperform the BMW 335 in power and handling but the comfort of the drive and cabin features are far superior to anything BMW has to offer in the similar price point/class. Rob did not have a C400 in stock at the Hanover store but called another prime store and had it delivered to Hanover within hours of my phone call. The car was exactly what I was looking and had all the features we discussed. No pressure during the sales process. Price was extremely fair. Mack in Finance also gets an A+ in my opinion. He helped me understand the warranty and maintenance services and what to expect when owning this vehicle. Overall great experience at Prime Mercedes in Hanover.

If you want to feel you are buying a truly special automobile from a truly special dealership look no further than Mercedes Benz of Hanover. I took possession of my E350 yesterday after a several month search for the right vehicle. ( I was switching out of a BMW 528). The level of customer care that Casey LaMonte provided was exceptional. He took the time to be certain I obtained the right vehicle that fit my objectives. He listened to my needs and wants and made sure that he presented me with the right choices. Although the dealership was extremely busy, he never rushed me, but clearly made me the focus of his immediate business. Murdock McCUE, the business manager is the ultimate professional. He clearly knows his business and insured I got the best rate possible for financing and never once pushed me to buy extras like so many business managers do. His knowledge and professionalism were absolutely outstanding. If a feeling of TRUST, PROFESSIONALISM and CARING attitudes are important to you when purchasing an automobile, then Mercedes Benz of Hanover is your dealership. I would recommend them to anyone... They are a 5 star plus dealership.

This communication is intended to comment on my most recent dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Hanover Massachusetts. The transaction was for an additional car lease. In my opinion this dealership is the most efficiently run organization I transacted business when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Regardless of the department I communicated with, there was always someone there to service my request, generally in a very reasonable amount of time. During the entire leasing process, I did not find it necessary to visit the dealership, or to see the vehicle because I had faith and trust in my salesman Mr. Brian Tran who handled everything precisely and efficiently. Mr. Tran handled my requirements over the phone/email from finding the car I wanted to preparing it for delivery to my home. As expected, I only had to come to Hanover to sign the documents with the finance director, MacRae. There is no question in my mind, leasing this additional vehicle made my job easier. What an impeccable combination I had to work with; an unsurpassed dealership, Mercedes Benz of Hanover with Mr. Brian Tran’s excellent qualifications.

Mike Healy was/is excellent. Very responsive. My concern may be premature but relates to the dealership and not to Mike. I purchased my car,a CPO 2013 S 550 w/o a test drive or ever stepping inside the car. My mistake. Once I received the car ( Mike was very gracious and delivered it to NH) it was clear the previous owner was a heavy smoker as the car has a distinct ( and offensive) smell of smoke. Your dealership should have a policy wherein you disclose this fact to potential buyers. Cars should be listed as either "smoke free" or not. Had I known this I would not have purchased the car. Currently you are attempting to eradicate the smell and I am hopeful you will be successful. If not I will return the car and am hopeful you will be able to find me a similar car without further expense or complications. Throughout this entire ordeal Mike has been great. I will await my final opinion on your dealership and its service until all is completed. Thank you, and I look forward to resolving this in the very near future.

I bought a used GMC Acadia that was traded in. The car is beautiful, on the outside. I also bought the largest warranties they offered. I was also assured they inspected the entire car, but that didnt happen. The GMC dealer next door (same owner) covered some very expensive repairs, and then let me know of many more expensive repairs (also dangerous if I dont get them done) to come. I bought a car from a dealership so I wouldnt have to go thru this. Along with the steering repairs that are needed, my drivers window went down on Saturday, and wouldnt go back up. It was quite a cold ride on the highway for my two little kids sitting in the back. This is only after owning the car a few months. The GMC mechanic told me that if anyone inspected this car, there is no way all these leaks that are causing all these issues (AC and heat have both gone already, and now my power steering is on its way out, and many more issues with this thing) would have been missed! I am super disappointed with this this dealership.

I called your dealership to inquire about a vehicle that I saw in your website. I spoke to Mike George over the phone and mentioned that I wanted to look at this car that checked on-line. He was very helpful during our conversation. I went to Mercedes Benz of Hanover to look at the vehicle and saw the vehicle ready for me to test-drive it. The car even had my name on a tag on the windshield. I test drove the vehicle and I was in love with it. After that Mike made my car buying experience very pleasant and he treated my wife and I with great respect. During our negotiation process I met Mr. McRae. He walked me through the entire negotiation and credit application in a very professional manner. I had purchased many other vehicles before and honestly speaking this was the greatest car buying experience I ever had. Thanks guys for your excellent service. From the very first time that I visited MB of Hanover I realized that their level of customer service was not representing well the brand. The first time that I walked in nobody offered to assist me, then I reached one of the employees and apparently, she was not in a good mood and told me that she would get back to me soon. Fifteen minutes later, she did not come back, so I decided to talk to somebody else. He was not very helpful either, he didnt ask me how he could help me, but asked me to wait in the lounge area. At that point I decided to leave. A few weeks after I called to make an appointment over the phone for a service. The lady took all my information for my service, then I call to verify the same day to check if the dealership had a loan car for me. For my surprise, the lady never processed my appointment. I will never come back to MB of Hanover, the worst customer service Ive experienced.
