Bought a Subaru from those guys and by the time I got to my home all the alarm lights came on the dashboard. It looked like they just delete the code from the car memory and that usually would not appear for some time unless you push the car limits. Called them they said bring it and we will fix and etc and I drop off the car take a rental on my own expense and I seemed like they just deleted the code from the car memory and they said yes sir its all done replaced the timing belt/ water pump whatever the case may be and I am on my way and not even 10 minutes on the road the same lights come on again, I called them the next day and they said bring it and I asked them and I cant be playing games and I wanted to return the car but they did not accept it this is not even a week after I got the car. I just did not feel safe in that car after seeing those lights coming so often on the dashboard, after a week the alternator went out after another week the stereo went out and so on. I paid $6900 for it in cash and ended up trading it in for $2300 and bought another used car same kind but this time from a real legit dealer. I just believe the state should have some kind of control over these small dealers and they should be doing business like this but hey go figure !!!!!!! So wonderful car buying experience from a small dealer. Never again.

The Owner/Salesman was very very very rude. He gave us the information about the car we went to see then when we ask to drive test the car he refused saying he would only let we do it if we buy the car otherwise there was no point to let us drive. I try to argue saying: "How Am I going to buy a car without knowing it drives good? This is unacceptable" then he reply saying: " He would not let us drive because We would not buy any car anyway, look at you" implying we were not good enough to by his $11K car like we could not afford ,even though we have prior explained to his we have a a Luxury SUV worth $25K+ but we needed a 2nd suv and that was the only reason we were there by then we decide to leave because I could not make a deal without driving the car first, and he got even more upset and he kept on going saying: "You keep going working with this job of yours you never gonna get anywhere in life, losers" very rude, impolite, discriminatory and unacceptable manners. I will never go back to that store and No One who dont want to have this kind of treatment should do the same. I will make sure this it reported in all ways I can.

I had an incredibly positive first car buying experience thanks to Alan at Marshall Motors North. I’m so glad I decided to go with a smaller, family-owned dealership as compared to a large chain. At no point did I feel pressured, or like I was being taken advantage of. On the contrary, Alan seemed to genuinely care about making sure I found the right care to fit my needs and lifestyle. He was very friendly, patiently answered my many questions, stepped me through the entire process, and handled all RMV paperwork once purchased. He was also kind enough to hold onto the car for me for a few days, as I wasn’t able to pick it up right away. He was very communicative and flexible from start to finish, and even offered to pick me up from the Commuter Rail stop nearby when I was coming to pick up the car. Overall, I would highly recommend Marshall Motors North. Also worth noting – I used USAA Car Buying service, which is how I heard about Marshall Motors North in the first place. Alan was familiar with the process, and it made the whole process a breeze!

These guys go above and beyond. Quick search lead me to a car they had listed. called to make sure they still had it and drove down to check it out. They had the car ready and waiting for me. Took a test drive and it all checked out. Came to a deal with Ken and picked the car up 2 days later tax title tags/inspection all taken care of. I was happy at how easy everything was no BS. Sometimes things dont always go as planned. A few days later check engine light came on. I gave them a call and this is where they really stepped up. They apologized came and picked up the car. Told me what went wrong ( mass air flow threw a code.) fixed it and returned the car. Super easy to deal with. I have full confidence in them they are the last of the ethical honest used car dealers. Car has been running great and I will be talking to them when I need another car.

This was my 3rd car Ive bought ever and the best experience overall. The process was fast and clean no hassle! I went there because I seen an ad for a very nice car very affordable and when I got there it was available and appeared in all the conditions it stated in the ad. Unfortunately we decided we needed more space for our kids and pets so we where pointed towards what we requested and our expectations werent just only met but exceeded! And just like that within an hour I was driving my new SUV ! Its been 3 weeks now and Im very happy Ive had numerous mechanics look at it and they all have said its a great buy I recommend this place anyone who wants their expectations met and easy shopping! The owner is great and family that works there are nice they communicate with each other so no matter who you speak with they will know your situation.

I recently purchased a used Lexus RX350 for my teen daughter. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased in the last year and in comparing the three dealership experiences, this one was by far the best and it completely removed the bias I had in working with a small dealership again. Last experience at a smaller operation was unpleasant. However, Marshall Motors was different. The salesman, Jack, was terrific. I explained that I wanted the process to go easily as I did not have the time to go back and forth. The car was delivered to our driveway days later. Everything went off without a hitch and the owner included a small Bluetooth device that works great and it made my daughter very happy. I would ABSOLUTELY purchase another car from Marshall Motors North.

I purchased a car from here in July 2016, and ever since all it has been is problems. I am infuriated that Marshall Motors North would sell me a car that has multiple issues every month. I have put more money into fixing this car with all the engine repairs than I paid for it. I would NOT suggest purchasing a car from here, especially considering a few of the first problems made the car structurally unsafe and although they covered the expenses for the repairs in the first month, if it hadnt rained I wouldnt have found the issue in time. There is no way they did not know about the issue and sold it to me anyways.
