My husband and I recently leased a Buick Envision at Sudbay Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC in Gloucester. Our salesperson was Joe Loan. He was knowledgeable and friendly and did not pressure us in any way with our decision making. He presented us with a number of options and sales promotions to choose from and answered all of our questions clearly, so we felt certain that our final decision was the right one for us. In addition to the excellent experience we had with Joe, we were also extremely impressed with the atmosphere of the showroom and surrounding premises. It was clean, bright and modern with a wide variety of inventory. The other salespeople also interacted with us and were friendly and welcoming. The day we picked our car up we had our two young grandchildren with us. While Joe was educating my husband about the features of the Envision, I took my grandchildren to the waiting room. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with snacks, coffee and cold drinks, which my grandchildren and I enjoyed. The play area for the children was colorful, well equipped and so clean that I did not hesitate to let the one year old crawl on the rug and play with the toys. I especially appreciated the spotless restroom with the sturdy changing table. This is certainly a family oriented dealership! No matter what your transportation needs, anyone would feel welcomed, comfortable and well served by the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Sudbay...and we LOVE our new car!l

You know that "icky" feeling you get when you pull into any dealership? You already have your guard up with the expectation of being taken advantage of by the salesperson... Well, that is the complete opposite feeling you should have when pulling into Sudbay. As we approached, we were graciously welcomed by Henri Smith. He was kind, knowledgable and not at all "pushy". This was the 3rd GMC dealership we toured... and the last. We purchased a 2014 Acadia for the safety and quality reviews, the impecible service was the bonus. Henri Smith, Brad Sudbay, Chris Wright and Gregg McHugh catered to our needs and got us a great deal. From start-to-finish, the process was painless. I would recommend Sudbay to any friend, family or stranger.

With a growing family and the need to get a bigger vehicle, I knew just what I wanted in features, but didnt have much time to sit at a dealership. We went to Sudbays and Brad and Josh searched high and low to find a vehicle in my price range, checking all the boxes of my wants, and making it as painless as possible for me. Im not a huge fan of the whole care buying experience, but they made it so easy. Joel in their finance department was quick with the credit apps and got us a great rate. I didnt spend more than 5 minutes filling out paperwork and singing (and that was with a trade in). It was as perfect of an experience as you can hope for and I look forward to having a local business to do business with for years to come.

Buying my Encore was very relaxing with no pressure from the sales associate. He explained all the features of the Encore and made me feel very comfortable. My husband bought a Regal last year and that is the reason I returned . Josh Wilson was the sales associate and he was great .my husband also referred a friend to Josh and she was very satisfied. Everyone was very friendly and the sales manager was very helpful . Service department was spotless as we were taken on a tour. I would definitely refer Sudbay Buick to anyone looking to purchase a new or used auto.

I suggest purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Sudbay has outstanding debts to my company that assisted them in selling vehicles; to you, the consumer and is unwilling to pay monies owed. These outstanding invoices were internal oversights of Sudbay and yet they are penalizing my company. It may be an insignificant total for Sudbay, but I am a small company where every dollar counts. If they are willing to do this to a company that improved their product for sale, imagine how Sudbay treats their customers? Even though ownership is aware, no progress has been made.

I had the best experience at Sunday motors buying my truck. I went to the dealership with a vehicle I had seen on their website. There was no pressure throughout the whole process. The salesman Tom Abbott, he was professional and comforting throughout the entire process. He introduced to the dealership owner Brad who is hand on and also very professional. This is the third LaCrosse Ive leased from Sudbay by working with a GREAT sales rep - Tom Abbott. We began a dialogue before my lease expired and when the timing was right he contacted me to discuss what I wanted. In short order we put a deal together, he found a GREAT vehicle and I picked it up on 23 June 2017.
