My fiance and I worked with Jim and Evan on purchasing our car today. We were reserved that we would actually be leaving with a car that we wanted. Jim was very patient with us and greeted us right away as we approached the front door. He was very attentive and listened to our every concern and handled them with care and respect. We looked at three different vehicles. A GMC Terrain and 2 different Nissan Rogues. He let us test drive each of the three cars and was very knowledgeable on how the cars worked even though the GMC is not a typical car at that dealership. Jim went over all of the pros and cons of each car and in the end, we selected one of the Rogues. They had a promotion that they were running at the dealership this weekend where you would putt a golf ball into a golf hole at the end of an office putting runway. One of the prizes were Red Sox tickets and we won. It made us feel even better by being there because we felt that even if we left without purchasing, they valued our time there, not just because of winning the tickets but because of how attentive they were. After working with Jim to select our new to us vehicle, we worked with Evan. He was just as great as Jim was. He went over our options for financing and was able to fit everything we wanted in options into a monthly payment that we could afford. As someone who has purchased cars before, I felt extremely comfortable and felt like a family member there. If you are going to go there or just want more info on any of their cars, reach out to Evan via their website and you will not be disappointed.

Whatever you do dont complain about the service you receive or they will blacklist you. I had an appointment scheduled yesterday to drop off my new Maxima for an oil change. After driving all the way to the dealership I am then informed by the service technician that they refuse to service my vehicle under warranty anymore because of a negative review I had given them on a customer survey I had received from Nissan after my last visit. They flat out handed the keys back to me and said if your not happy here then we suggest you go elsewhere. I was completely shell shocked and totally disgusted by the service technicians uncaring and callous attitude. When I asked to speak to a manager I was conveniently told he was not there. I then proceeded to let them know that I planned to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs about their unethical and discriminatory practices… and they said go right ahead. I have never heard of a business banning a customer from their establishment because they had a complaint about the service they received. It was bad enough that Sullivan Brothers never once reached out to me to apologize for the original issue I had but somehow in their infinite wisdom the best thing to do with an unhappy customer is to show them the door.

I cant say how much I love this place. I cant wait to go back for my routine maintenance just to see Roxann and Chuck again!! Me and my boyfriend had been to several dealerships over the holiday weekend and did find a car we wanted before going to Sullivan and even put a deposit down, however the other dealership was dragging their feet so i had started looking elsewhere and came across Sullivan Nissan on a search for the specific car I wanted. I ended up chatting with Roxann though their website (since I was at work) and told her the deal we had at the "other place" and she said they can meet... if not beat it!! So I then had my boyfriend call her and then head on down. A short time after him arriving at Sullivan he sent me a text saying "you just bought a Murano with tech package too" WOOOOOOOOOHOOOO this was an even better deal and had more options than the "other" dealer. I finally have my dream car!!! I cant say enough great things about Roxann and Chuck who were there throughout the whole process! Roxann is so nice and genuine as was Chuck. He made sure we knew all of the ins and outs of the car before we left. I highly recommend SULLIVAN BROTHERS NISSAN and will be returning and referring for all of my future car purchases.

Extremely Disappointed with our experience. I turned in a 2012 Honda civic for a Nissan Ultima in Aug. of 2015. Sullivan Bros was supposed to pay any over milage I had with my previous lease and buy out the remainder of the lease. Per their letter sent to my house, with our names on it, which we brought with us when we went into the dealership. When we drove off the lot that is where the trouble began. They never properly returned my car holding onto my car for 6 months (now we have 3 delinquent marks, for late payment, on our credit from Honda because of it) Second they never followed thru with paying off our over milage which we then owed to Honda in the thousands. Needless to say I am not a happy camper with this dealership. At first they were apologetic and then Ned just ignored my calls. We ended up rolling what we owed Honda into another car payment since our second vehicle was paid off and in 6 years this nightmare shall be over. Read every line of your paperwork and if your turning in a lease to this dealership follow up with the company who holds your title and make sure Nissan is fully aware of how to turn in your car.

Me and my fiance bought a 2012 kia sorento 2 months ago at the time we purchased it you guys had an event going on and my understanding is that the gentleman (if you can call him that) that we bought it from does not actually work for you. Needless to say after buying it he proceeded to repeatedly text my fiance flirting with her asking her to come to his hotel in the cap etc. I let it go... Now the vehicle has been brought back 4 different times for the same problem and today as I brought it in I was told I had to go to the Toyota dealership next door as they did the original safety check. I must point out that as he said safety check he laughed and made air quotations. I proceeded to go next door where I stood for a good 5 minute before being acknowledged they were extremely rude and treated me as an unconvince. I gave them my licence and debit to get the loaner I was promised by nissan that they didnt know about. They finished with it and threw it on the counter in my general direction. This has been the worst experience of my life

One of the best things about technology is the ability to read reviews and learn from experiences others have had so you dont make the same mistakes. If you are looking to buy a vehicle and want a good experience with dealers who at least care a fragment about their customers DO NOT go to this dealership. The second you sign that paperwork and make the purchase their hands are washed of it and there is no getting any help from them on anything. Just a slight example, the car I bought didnt come with a spare key so I purchased one for $125. They sent me a key that didnt work and wouldnt start the car. When I brought it back in they told me they wouldnt eat the cost of ordering another key and Id have to pay to have the key maker do it onsight even though what I paid for didnt work to begin with. If you want to deal with traditional sleezy car salesmen who cant be decent human beings than this is a perfect place for you, if not be smart and go somewhere else. The one positive is that the service guys are nice and try to be helpful.
