In the past 4 years, I have financed two new cars at Silko, one new car at Toyota 44 and a few months ago I decided to purchase a used car instead. After visiting multiple dealerships, including previous ones I had done business with, I decided to visit Honda of Plymouth. After meeting John Fitts, an incredible humble and simple town guy, I felt no pressure or unease buying a used car for the first time. It must have been fate, that when I walked in with my specifications, and budget allowance, John knew exactly which car I would fall in love in. He didnt try to sell me something I could not buy. Its like he understood my needs and trie to help me the best he could. I am very happy with my purchase. I didnt want to write a review right away because, I didnt want to jinx myself and have car issues on my used 2012 Honda Accord EX. Let me just say, I feel blessed to have met John and find a great reliable car that I was looking for, for a short while. After purchasing the vehicle, something that I did not expect was the in kind service. John helped me learn how to work my car including the navi and bluetooth. I had no idea he was going to save some time for me for a tutorial when picking up my car. Most dealerships try to package your car how cool their dealership is with free oil changes and/or car washes, but here, it was not necessary. It didnt feel like you were missing out on something. At Plymouth of Honda, they actually want you to go home comfortable and happy. I was able to contact John if I had any further questions about the buying process and my car inspection which he did for me. I remember I had to do that previously for all my previous cars. I dont know if they do that for everyone but it was very kind of him and something unexpected. Another thing I did not know was I get a free first oil change. Each time I go, I am surprised at their kind services. Thank you John Fitts of Honda of Plymouth!

Last week my wife wanted to go shopping at the kohls and T.J. Maxx Stores in Plymouth. Im not a big fan of walking around all day looking at everything in the store, but Im also not a fan of letting her spend all day in a store by herself. It always seems to cost me. So I told her that she could drop me off at the Honda Dealership on her way to the store and pick me up on her way back. I figured she would shop a little faster if she new she had to pick me back up. So she dropped me off me off at the gas station next door where I proceeded to get a coffee and made my way over to Autofair Honda and started looking at some of the cars. It wasnt long until I was approached by a gentleman named Bill, he introduced himself and identified what I was there for that day. I told him the above reason, being that he was a married man he said he could relate to that. He then offered to answer any questions I had. He asked what size family I had and what my current vehicle was and then made a suggestion of some vehicles to look at. He even half hart-idly suggested that if my wife shopped to long I could drive myself home in a New Honda. I told him that might cause me to get divorced but would most likely insure my wife would never spend all day at the department stores again. Even though I wasnt there to buy that day Bill was very Friendly and very personable. If your in the market for a new or used Honda go to autofair and ask for Bill he seems like a genuine honest man that will take care of you.

Went in because my engine light came on and i was due for reg. service as anyways. I was VERY clear with respect to what i wanted done and to avoid their ridiculous "diagnostic fees" (that any $20 device from autozone can do). I opted to have my brakes done and the alignment done (said no to their $29.00 lic plate bulb and $68.00 air filter). They then charged me $120.00 for a diagnostic fee to tell me my CAT was bad and offered to fix it for a mear $2,000.00!!! I at that point took it back to Boch Honda (who did it for free)... I called the GM several times and all i kept getting was excuses about this $120 diagnostic fee (im sure ill never recover it from these vultures) even though i had $500 of work done their and this fee should be waved for anyone who has work preformed (this goes for ANY car dealer, its the "right" way to handle business) and clearly this dealer does NOT handle themselves "right". I suggest to anyone they simply drive to RT1 or for the love of god go to a local mechanic if you need work done!!! stay far away from this place!!! EDIT: Im just reading the review below mine posted by a person who feels the exact same way i do... These people are blood sucking vampires who will strive to rape you of every last nickle they can try to obtain!!! It feels better to me knowing im not the only person who clearly sees this!!! thank you!!!

We have purchased 10 new cars over the last 20 years, to date the experience we had at this dealership was by far the most unprofessional and distressing. We bought a 2013 CRV after dealing with a very young and inexperienced salesperson (unfamiliar with model specifics and eager to point out he worked on commission only). The high pressure sales push during the finance paperwork to get us to add on extras by the business manager was annoying enough but the cool and rude treatment after declining all options was unprofessional. We had the bad luck to have to deal with him again the following day when finalizing registration. He basically showed us the door regarding the inspection sticker, in all our years we have never been told we had to get our own inspection sticker on a new car purchase. This dealership has serious management and personnel problems. Our thought in buying a car locally was a big mistake, they do not deserve the business nor do they appreciate the customers they are lucky enough to get in the door. The experience and anger over their treatment actually led us to trade in the new Honda 5 days later to purchase a 2014 Forester, Mastria dealership were superb in treatment and financial dealing. Though we lost money in the transaction the peace of mind knowing we will not have to deal with Honda folks is priceless.

A bunch of scumbags! They will lie, cheat, deceit over and over and over. They are professional liars they will lie to your face smiling and making you believe that everythings fine but the story will change at each and every step of the way. This is how they operate: the people you meet and greed you are regular salespeople at the bottom of the food chain, they are nice regular people, they will show you the cars, test drive, big smiles, polite people. Once you express some interest one of the managers steps in, these are snakes, they know how to work the system, they make big verbal promises, then at the moment of signing they deliver half and the hidden fees come out. Do you know that no matter what price you negotiate they add $399 of some BS fee? And beware of the finance guys, bad paperwork, by "mistake" they will try to make you sign a contract for a car that is a cheaper model than the one you contracted, then try to add fees for everything. Just use them to shop around, get their quote and go to any other Honda dealer and beat their price. "Buyers beware" is so true with these people. So, beware, use them, and go buy your car somewhere else. P.S.: Check out the other "reviews" in here, Vincent, Dwayn and Lucy, do they sound fake to you? Thats the way these people do business.
