Every time we move to a new area, one of the first things I will look for is a quality auto mechanic shop. Hero Motors is one of many I have worked with on numerous issues, for numerous vehicles. They are nothing but a professional, very capable, and an efficient team. I have full confidence when taking a vehicle there that I will only be told the work that NEEDS to be done, and they wont hold future issues over your head for your current need. Between the exemplary service and the community of Veterans they staff, I would recommend Hero Motors to any of my neighbors, friends, family - even my grandmother, as I know she would be treated fairly over there. If there is any question for who to go to for your automobile repairs for a fair price, a complete job, efficiency and consistency...look no further.

These guys are amazing, you want your car fixed, they got you, you want an honest estimate, they got you and if you are looking for a affordable, reliable and attractive vehicle this should be your first stop. These guys know their stuff, I cant say enough good things about them, Paul Lacey is the man! The staff was friendly . However, my car was taken into a separate bay where I could not view the inspection. After about 30 minutes, the mechanic came out and gave me an estimate for $450 in repairs that I would need. Subsequently, I took it to another inspection station where it passed easily, and paid $12.50. Deception? Fraud?

This place is priced right and the repairs are quality. The manager is personable and all staff are super friendly. I had work done to my 88 camaro and I am extremely pleased. They told me what I needed fixed and did not add any unnecessary repairs. I shopped around and they had the best prices in town.

My wife was told by VIP that we needed a new alternator. The mechanic said he would not replace it unless it was needed. They tested the alternator and said it was fine. These gentlemen are very professional and honest. They are the only ones that will be doing work on our car
