I bought a car from this dealer about 1 year ago. The car is a 2007 Yaris. The dealer that handled the sale was Mike Cochee . At the time of purchasing the car , I mentioned to mike that it sounded like the serpentine belt needed to be replaced as it was squealing during my test drive. Mike told me "Oh no dont worry about that , all of our cars are inspected before they go on sale. That is normal on this model car" . About 3 weeks after i had the car, the car seemed allot louder than it originally did. I brought the car back to the dealer and they said that the car had a muffler leak, they patched it up for free. Now here we are 7 months later, the serpentine belt was completely worn and i had to replace it.($120) Ive had to bring the car to the mechanic multiple times to patch the muffler. ($160)The muffler is so rusted out its gotten to the point where ill need to replace the whole thing. ($320) Not a huge expense, but I am a bit upset as the dealer(Mike) lied to me just to make the sale. In addition, if you already purchased the car and something breaks this dealer will put a bandaid on the problem in hoping that when it breaks again you will be out of warranty. I do not recommend this dealership. Stay away, these people are dishonest scum bags.

I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought used from a Honda dealer in September. I was looking for a good shop to take it for oil changes and similar small work. I got a recall notice in the mail so a dealership seemed like a good short term solution. I read several bad reviews of dealerships in my area. Best in Plymouth had only a few reviews but they were positive. I called, made an appointment, dropped car off at night and picked up next day. Staff were very friendly, very helpful. They did my oil change and my recall and discovered two other recalls I didnt know about. It was clear to me that, as a new location, they were trying to put their best (pun intended) foot forward for a new customer but, there is nothing wrong with that. I was impressed by the service, particularly since I had purchased my Jeep elsewhere. Their efforts definitely earned a trip back the next time I need something done on my Jeep.

Kyle did an excellent job of showing me what the dealership had to offer. He gave me plenty of time to browse and helped me pick out the right Jeep for me! He wasnt pushy about anything, was very knowledgeable about the Jeep brand, and helped me get as close as possible to the price I wanted to pay. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were also all very nice and accommodating. Kyle had left me alone to do some browsing on my own accord, and unlike other dealerships Ive encountered, the other reps simply asked me if I needed any help and once they knew I was with Kyle left me alone and did not bother me. That is extremely valuable when picking out a big investment. I dont like feeling like Im being forced to buy something because of pushy sales people, and this dealership Im happy to say has none of that!

I couldnt have asked for a better first car purchasing/leasing experience than working with the team at Best. At the beginning of my search I visited a few dealerships closer to Boston but when I spoke with the team at Best I was sold. Not only did they find me exactly the Jeep I was looking for but they were extremely competitively priced. The entire transaction was seamless and the team (from sale team to financing manager) turned a potentially stressful experience into an exciting one. Since Ive had my vehicle the team has checked-in to make sure things are going well and that Im happy with everything or to see if I have any questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to working together again.

I want to tell you all the service department is one of the best if not the best in the area. We bought a car from a not so reputable dealer and days after the 30 day warranty ran out the engine started over heating. Marty in service told me that this had happened to this car before and the head was warped. I am sure this had happened before. The dealer told me that the car had been returned because the ladys husband had developed and illness so she couldnt keep the car. Needless to say I was a little apprehensive of dealerships. The service dept did all they could to keep the price down and did a wonderful job Thanks MARTY.

I was pleasantly surprised, by the outstanding level of customer service I received, while having warranty work done on my 2012 Ram 2500. As a first time customer, I was greeted like a guest. Paul, provided better than expected updates throughout the experience, as they accurately diagnosed and repaired my truck. Paul and his service team, under the direction of Dave, exceeded my expectations. This, at a point where I was wondering if anyone cared about customer service any longer. Ive had multiple Ram 2500s and expect excellent service, while normally being disappointed. Not today!! Great job from start to finish.

After paying 1355$ and picking up the vehicle from the dealership for an overheating issue the car still had this overheating issue. We brought it back as it was under warranty. We were then called and they told us it could be something internal in the engine and we might even have to have it replaced which they would charge us more money. After initially bringing it in and they "attempted" to diagnose the problem they thought they found it and we then paid 1355 thinking the issue would be fixed we wernt planning on paying more after already paying 1355$.

I purchased my 2012 Liberty at another dealership.Having experienced disappointing service,I went to another dealership for service.They were better.Best opened their Jeep dealership in Plymouth and as I like to support local business I gave their service a try.Absolutely a top shelf operation from the Service Mgr. to the advisors and the techs that get their hands dirty ;)They have my business.If the "front" of the house is as professional as the "back" of the house you can not go wrong.

They have the BEST all around service I have ever experienced. My wife and I purchased from them over a year ago. Since then I have sent both our vehicles there to get serviced as needed. They are competitive with price and are engage with an open and honest dialogue. They even go up and beyond by offering a loaner vehicle if needed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to have a stress free experience and build a long lasting relationship.

My experience at Best Jeep in Plymouth was stress free. My sales person, Veronica Swan was a pleasure to work with on my vehicle needs. She listened to my needs and made a recommendation on a vehicle that met my needs. I checked out other types of vehicles from different dealerships but came back to Best Jeep. The whole purchase process was easy. Best Jeep demonstrates good customer service. Would recommend checking them out if in the market for a new vehicle.

The sales staff (Carey) and sales manager (Veronica) at Best were a pleasure to deal with. We shopped around before deciding to purchase a new Jeep at Best. The price and overall experience at this dealership earned them this 5 star review. Before we decided on the Jeep we also considered the Tahoe. It is worth mentioning that the sale staff at Best Chevy in Hingham were also excellent. Best dealerships clearly understand customer service.
