My boyfriend and I recently came here just to look at the inventory. So we pull up and there is a few guys (who look like jacked football players) standing outside. As soon as we stepped out of our vehicle one came right over not even a second in between. Introduced himself then immediately started asking questions, we told him we are just looking and we also said we were preferably looking for an suv. Then he tells us well come inside and we will see what you are approved for. They approved my boyfriend for only one car and it was a brand new Hyundai accent standard trani. $110 per week with a 21% interest and he acted like that was the best he could do. But before all of this we told him that we would wantbto go in with a cosigner and instead he tried to push my boyfriend into doing it under himself. So my boyfriend is pretty quiet and easily influenced, I am not. So I start asking questions. Immediately the salesman turned rude and acted like he didn't want to answer any of my questions. So I then said well we will have to think about it and we left. My opinion on this dealership is that they use the intimidation factor on their customers. And reading these other reviews I'm glad we didn't do buisness with them.

Went in for a Veloster priced at $9,500. Sales woman was Loretta. Loretta kept pressuring me to put $500 down to hold the car. Lotetta said other people wanted it. I finally put $500 to hold the car. Although I told her I had $500 cash loretta came back with a deal of $252.00 month for 72 mos. that works out $18,100 for a car theyre selling for $9,500- $500 I just gave her. DOUBLE the sales price. I have poor credit so I said no. Loretta wouldnt give me the $500 so I left. I called and texted all day. Loretta said I wasnt fair because they ran my credit and I should buy the car. By the end of the day Loretta told me I bought the car and I better come get it or I was going to jail. I went in with a friend and the sales manager started yelling at me so my friend intervened and demanded the money. The sales manager yelled SHUT UP it only got worse and I still dont have my $500.

I would not let them touch anything. Gave false diagnosis.worst vehicle ever made.tuscon was purchased in Florida had to recalls one was for brake switch failure.that is nice not knowing if your brake lights work. Second recall no undercarriage protection.the truck never seen winter & we get slammed with mega snow storms.with no undercarriage protection that hurt the resale value they did fix the problem after the salt & ice etc..sped up the rotting process. I called corporate & did not care just like the Plymouth dealer. Check this out i asked for a loaner car . they told me it had a recall. Brian ia the only person that i would trust & he left alao & came back . please buyer beware. Ooh ! My mom is a senior citizen. Not duping her . not on my watch. Thanks for nothing. Hyundai

My wife and I bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at this dealership earlier today. Our salesman, Tyler Ryan, was excellent to deal with. He was very cooperative throughout the whole process, essentially guiding us to what appears to be the perfect vehicle for us. There were no high pressure sales techniques, no "let me see what else my manager can do", etc. I think they offered us a very fair deal for what appears to be a great vehicle. I have dealt with several auto sales people over the years, and Tyler was the easiest I have ever dealt with. The finance person and the service department personnel at Hyundai of Plymouth were also great to deal with. Thanks for what turned out to be an enjoyable buying experience.

My experience at Hyundai of Plymouth, from first visit to negotiations, leasing my car as well as on-going dealings and interactions to this day has been nothing short of exceptional. Went in with my father to buy a 2017 Tucson. Loretta treated him with such disrespect it was not even funny. I am a very easy going person and admit my father can be brash at times but she was extremely unprofessional. She introduced herself to me and when I proceeded to introduce my father she didnt even look in his direction let alone give him the curiosity of a handshake. I was appalled at this behavior. When he would speak up about something she would then snap back with rude comments. All in all, I was extremely uncomfortable and as a result, insisted we leave. (Which I never would do normally). Never have I seen such disrespect from someone in a professional position in my life.

I came here to look at 2016 Toyota Elantra, I was bouncing between this and a 2016 Toyota Corolla. I dealt with Loretta who was absolutely wonderful. She gave me all my options, took all the time I needed, and gave me the best deal i couldve asked for, i crunched the numbers and there were no unexplained fees, which is worlds different than anywhere else i had gone. I ended up going with the Corolla because it was more my kind of car in the end, but I honestly and genuinely wish I could have bought from here with Loretta. Anyone looking at a new or used car should definitely take the time to stop by here and speak to her!

Not happy. Scheduled an appointment for one thirty was there promptly on time. The unfriendly service man told me he could not see my car for over an hour and compared it to his doctor not being ready when he goes to appointment, which I thought was a very unprofessional comment. After that when I inquired on the cost of the diagnostic test for my vehicle, the price he gave me was nearly double what the woman had given me the day before on the phone. I will have to take my buisness elsewhere and would strongly encourage others to the same, love hyundai just not this hyundai dealership.

From the second I walked into the dealership.... I was greeted by a professional sales person He knew the vehicle from inside and out Answered all my questions I was given the best price..... Which gave me an affordable monthly payment. Mike the Sale manager knew where to get me the most savings. My husband and I have purchased 2 cars from empire Hyundai and we couldnt be more pleased with the service. Our salesperson was courteous and listened to and answered all the questions we had. When we had some trouble with our financing the staff at empire stuck with us and did their best to help us purchase the car we wanted. I will definitely go back when my family needs another car!
