Hello to you all. My name is Stewart Smith...Im a professional photographer based out of Boston,Ma. and am originally from Maine. I specialize in Fashion, Weddings, Glamour, Lifestyle, Swimsuit/Fitness and Event photography...... The reason I am telling you who I am and what I do is a major part of why I bought my car from Allen Berube and Prime Honda. I was under a contract from Nissan leasing a car... As my lease is about to end...It was time for me to start looking at new cars to either buy or lease.... I met Allen Berube from a friend and reached out to him through e-mail... Just asking a few questions.... He asked me what I needed for a car and what kind of business I was in just to get a good idea what fit my needs..... We talked for a little bit... I told him I often have a lot of lighting gear, back grounds and even people to transport from location to location... So I told him I needed a lot of room as the car I am currently leasing didnt quite have the room I wanted... As time went by...Allen would get in touch with me...Telling me what car just came through after I decided I actually wanted to buy instead of lease this time around...... I also told him what my budget was which he was respectful of by not trying to upsell me. A month later...Allen called me with excitement in his voice.... He told me that a black RAV4 just came through with low milage and the right price!! He spoke with their financial advisor and ran some numbers and it was a perfect fit!!! Between Allen Berube and his Prime Honda team totally working for me..... I bought a 2010 RAV4 and love it!!! I am so happy, no longer stressed out and feel that it was the perfect car for me as it has the right space for me to carry my gear and equipment in. I honestly could not be happier by the way I was treated through the whole process..... I dont want to throw stones at the people over at the Nissan dealership in Lynnfield, Ma. but it was a night and day difference.... I had a very stressful situation regarding my lease...And almost bought a car from them.... And if the people from that Nissan dealership are reading this.... They can thank JASON KINGSBURY who is one of their sales managers for being one of the most disrespectful, arrogant and obnoxious sales people I have ever spoken to... People like him give the Car business a bad name!!! I am not one to ever call somebody out or trying to cause drama...But I wish I could have taped my conversation with this person!!! He was rude and condescending to my insurance agent and myself during a 3 way phone conversation. I will say their GM Steve Vitale was pleasant to deal with and was the one who helped me with the situation..... Moving forward...I now sleep good at night knowing and feeling I made the right decision by going through Allen!! The whole Prime team went over and through all my paper work and explained everything to me... ( unlike the people at Nissan in Lynnfield,Ma. ) And helped me understand what exactly I was getting my self involved with. Once again...I apologize for being negative but if you only knew the complete hell I went through with that dealership.....You would understand. If you are looking to buy or lease a car.... Allen Berube is your man!! This guy has won all the awards a great salesman could possibly win for a reason!!! Thank you Allen Berube and prime Honda of Saco!!! Avery happy Customer who will refer all my friends and family to. Stewart Smith

Due to Prime Management lack of concern for my family time and the sale tactics we experienced it is unlike I will ever consider purchasing from them again. I mistakenly thought they would be interest in a quick sale at full price with no financing requirements. Details: Summer 2008 I gave $500 to Prime Honda as a down payment to hold a car I would purchase at the full price with cash the next early evening or early the following morning (two days out). My wife and I arrived the next day at approximated 4:30 pm to pickup the car. We waited 15 minutes for our sale associate to show up. After pitching interior car care kit the associate started focusing on the paper work. After reviewing and completing some of the documents we were told the remaining paper work would require the “Business” Manager and we were the third in line to see him. We asked what our wait would be and we were told approximately an hour. To that we ask if it was alright for us to go down the street and grab something quick for supper. We were told by the dealership manager that if they complete the other two customers before we returned they would close for the night. I offered my cell phone number but he just repeated his previous statement. So we waited. During our wait the sale associate pitched more services and accessories. After 45 minutes we asked for a status, after learning they were still working with the first customer we indicated we were no longer interested in the car. The dealership manager then started making all kinds of excuses and even tried to shift the blame to me by stating I didn’t give them enough time to prepare the paper work. 24 hours to prepare paper work to purchase a car with no financing I believe is very reasonable. The manager even tried to withhold my $500 down payment after originally agreeing to refund it if I decided to not purchase the car for any reason. Obviously we had a very poor experience with this dealership. In comparison it took us less time to drive to Lee Honda of Auburn from Portland, purchase the car, and return then the time spent at Prime Honda. The paper work with Lee Honda took less then 15 minutes.

In a general sense, no one likes to have to go car shopping, especially after losing a vehicle in a collision. I found myself in this position last week and was fortunate enough to have hit the right place at the right time on Saturday the 17th of August when I was introduced to Jehna at Prime Honda in Saco. From the beginning, considering that this is a process which is usually painful for me, the entire experience was quite pleasant. No pressure, no turning me when I wanted to leave to think about it, no endless phone calls or any general pushiness. Jehna was professional and seemed genuinely more concerned with what I wanted in a vehicle than getting herself a notch on the board. She asked questions and I could tell from her follow on questions that she was actually listening. My wife and I wound up purchasing from her when there were several other opportunities for the vehicle we wanted. I have a standard saying, “They made more than one”. When it came to deciding who I wanted to get the commission from selling me my next vehicle, Jehna’s demeanor and character, along with the overall sense of a “relaxed, no pressure” atmosphere at Prime Honda, made my choice simple. I have already made plans to replace my wife’s car next year through working with Jehna and Prime, but have referred my niece to her. If you want to (or, as in my case, *have* to) buy a car and you want a good experience and you want to be able to walk away not feeling like you just got shafted; then you should make the trip Prime Honda and Jehna Flint in particular. It is my estimation that you won’t be disappointed.
