The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! First off, the service department (Kris Brady) tried to tell my mom she needed tires for an inspection sticker, stating that two were only 4/32. She declined and went to Bill Dodge, where they read them at 7/32 and put a sticker on it the very same day! Mind you she bought her $50k Tahoe from Pape Brand new. After purchasing my new Silverado HD, I brought it for service and was waiting for it (service aware I was waiting) and this was to diagnose a 4wd groan that randomly started while driving in 4x4 going approx. 30mph. So after it sat in the same spot for 2.5 hours, it disappeared into the shop. When I finally asked if it was done, I got "oh yea, its been done. They topped off the front diff, should be all set". They didnt look at a thing and just "topped of the fluid" which was full already (as I had checked prior to going in). After raising hell, I was sent to the commercial truck center to see if they could diagnose anything differently. After taking the front end apart and replacing a bearing in the diff, as well as updating a 4wd manual transfer case part (which I inquired about after tons of online research) it seemed to be better. after a few thousand miles I kept hearing and feeling a grind/vibration. I decided to try Quirk, where they ended up finally feeling it and doing a road force balance on all four tires to find two tire out of spec. One tire read 75, while the max allowance is 32 for a HD truck. They got GM to replace all four tires. After only 2k miles of driving it was throbbing again but very slight. I lived with it till the tire rotation 4k miles later and when rotated the throb is noticeable by sound and feel in the driver seat and steering wheel. I went back and had a test drive done (which I wasnt allowed to go on). waited 3+ hours in service to be told its "within normal driving/operating limits, have you tried the dealer you bought it at?". Big joke right? So after gritting my teeth I call Pape and talk to Gen. Sales Mgr. Bill Adams who was rude from the beginning of the conversation. I explained the situation and he said "well youve been told its normal....." I came back with "easy for you to say when youre not making the payment every month and hate even getting in your new truck, and you havent driven it". He proceeded to tell me it was what it was and said theres nothing more we have to discuss, followed by hanging up on me! Never would I recommend anyone to deal with these guys, if the manager treats customers this way, its no wonder the service guy can treat people in the same regard. Theyve lost any future purchases from our family, and likely GM has as well. I am still stunned to say the least! Shouldve bought a beater with no payment and no warranty, cause having one when dealing these guys just isnt worth a dollar.

This is my 3rd Dealership purchase. And the purchase of my 2012 Chevy Equinox went WAY above expectation. This has been the easiest purcahse of a vehicle I have ever had from a dealership. I literally was blown away with how smooth it went. I found the vehicle I wanted on a Saturday afternoon through Dealership the website. I applied for the loan through the same website, and by Wednesday, I was ready to drive it home. 1 TRIP!! Literally 1 trip to the dealership to have them look over my trade, take the Equinox for a test drive, and sign the papers. I was happy as can be. And my wife was equally happy with the purchase! She loves her new Chevy Equinox, and Im happy she is a converted Chevy woman! Thank you to Scot Curit for one of the easiest transactions of my life! He was very personable, and cared about the experience I had. THAT made a BIG difference to me in how I looked at Pape Chevrolet. And to Mary in finance, who also made everything go smoothly! 10 stars for you guys, from this household! My wife is happy, I am happy, and my children have one of the safest rides to school and back. Thanks again for the great experience!

I dont know the total number of vehicles I have purchased from Ben and Tim at Pape. I do know that I will continue to travel the 300 miles just to buy my next ones from them. Tim has driven a portion of the way to make a vehicle swap with me when I have traded. Both Tim and Ben have a great knowledge of the vehicles and the needs that I must have with all my purchases. The latestpurchase of my 2012 Tahoe was met with a challenge do to the fact that my 2012 Silverado had some front end issues. Papes service dept. needed to complete the repair work so they met me a part of the way with the new Tahoe and swapped my truck for the repairs. I have complete confidence that the repair work will be done correctly after voicing my concerns to Tim. I hope by the end of the summer my garage will have a new Z28 or ZL1 parked in it!! My 2004 Aveo died on the Maine Turnpike, well south of Portland, on a Sunday morning. AAA sent a tow truck, which delivered me to my home and the Aveo to Pape. I had bought it there and always had it serviced there. Repairs would have cost $2500, so Pape and I agreed the car wasnt worth it. I had already test-driven a Spark, so knew that was what I wanted. Frank, who had been cultivating me for years, was on vacation, so Scot stepped in and ordered me the blue, manual transmission Spark I wanted. He also arranged for me to borrow one of their used cars until my new one arrived. I purchased my Spark two days ago and am delighted with it. Pape took what could have been a very distressing situation and made it pleasant and convenient.

I purchased my car two years ago with the help of Vinnie Shaw at Pape. Vinnie has, by far, exceeded my expectations of receiving excellent service. Vinnie is always, helpful, friendly, and gets the job done! I was very pleased with the service I received when I bought my car including the ease of financing, allowing me to take the car to see if it fit my needs...everything was just easy. Two years later I had an issue come up with my car that had existed when the car was first purchased and Vinnie and the body shop at Pape took care of my car without hestitation. I cannot say how truly thankful I am to receive such wonderful service from Vinnie, your body shop, and Pape. I wish I could rate you a 10! Thank you!

Pape Chevrolet is AWESOME!! I had to bring my trailblazer in for a recall notice and oil change. While there the service tech Jamie found an issue and addressed the issue with Kris and myself. I am very thankful that Kris took the time to talk with me before making the repair. Jamie took the time after my truck was out of the shop to go over a few other items and make referrals as to what should be done and how. While at Pape on Friday, I started the process of buying another truck for my husband (as I love my trailblazer) and very thankful to Gary and Mary for ALL their assistance!! The new truck should be ready to go in the next day or so. Thanks Pape Chevrolet for being in SP and making car buying easy!
