Excellent service. Lee Jeep continues to deliver high quality service even after the sale. My husband, Justin and I purchased two 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokees in a six month period. I think we like this dealership. Oh yes, did I mention we LOVE our new vehicles?! Zach Hobbs was our salesperson for both vehicles. His high level of sales experience made our car buying process essentially stress free. Zach answered ALL of our questions and I had a lot of them. If he didnt know the answer, he asked someone who did. Zach really knows Jeeps. He showed us all the bells and whistles of both the Cherokee and the Grand Cherokee. After we left the dealership the first time, Zach did not bother us with the usual annoying follow up calls. Zach listened to the options Justin wanted in his vehicle and found that vehicle. Justin did not have to settle on a vehicle that was missing an option or two. The excellent service continued. Our trade vehicle, Justins Silverado, was equipped with special after market equipment (ie lights, radios, siren). Zach drove his truck to Sanford and back so the equipment could be removed by experts. This ensured nothing was damaged. Now THAT is personalized service. Apparently, our second Jeep, a Grand Cherokee Altitude had several other interested buyers. Lee Jeep let us have first refusal, even though it took us until closing to decide. This is the way a dealership should treat returning customers. My husband and I cannot forget to mention Fred from finance. He took care of us when Zach was out. We were waiting for the Altitude to arrive so we could check it out. During our signings, Fred did not push anything on us such as service packages and additional warranties. He did, however, offer them to us, explain them and answer my questions, even if they were repeat ones. I took delivery of my Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude without a manual or spare key. I called Lee and spoke to Bill the sales manager. Bill spoke with Zach who ensured these items where waiting at the sales desk for me to pick up after work. Overall, Lee Jeep was, and still is, extremely attentive to our needs. When our leases are up we will return. In the meantime, we plan on referring our friends, family and coworkers.

Zack Hobbs was amazing helping me get into a brand new vehicle. I had a few payments left on my first used car from Lee and had to stop in because my slave cylinder went on my clutch. I decided I may as well see what Lee now has to offer and asked Zack what my options were. Zack asked me a few questions to really get to know who I am and what I would like to drive. He asked me all about how I liked my Ford Focus, why I liked it and what would get me into a new car. Im a standard guy, I dont need all the bells and whistles like a touch screen display as cool as they are they just didnt fit me. The focus was good to me and we explored a couple of different vehicles but the one that felt the best was the 2015 Dodge Dart. The car drove like a dream, it had a sporty feel with a lot of pick up but felt like you were driving on a cloud. I have always told myself I wouldnt go new, I really just wanted to get my car fixed and drive it into the ground. I went in on a Thursday to see what my options were, after that I went home and did research like we all do. The next day I decided I would go back take another look and ask more questions. Thursday I told him he had a 5% chance of getting a sale so really unlikely. The professionalism, kindness and courteous that was shown to me on Thursday boosted me up to a 10% chance. After working with the financing department to see what I could qualify for, they were able to get me into a new 2015 with less of a monthly payment than the used 2005. I am so excited with my new car and am so grateful to be able to say that Zack Hobbs has sold me my first brand new car. Her name is Luna!!

I had a Jeep that was only a few years old and I loved it. I was driving to Maine for vacation and went into Lee Jeep of Westbrook to get a new key battery. Little did I know a few days later I would be an owner of a new jeep. I live in Boston and I was kinda looking for a new jeep over the summer. I went to a Jeep dealer in Mass and had a horrible experience. While I was getting my new jeep battery, I saw some Jeeps on the lot that I was interested in. I was just looking around and Tim Bennett approached me. He was super nice and very knowledgable . I informed him that I was going to stick with my current Jeep because I enjoyed it and because I had a bad experience with a Jeep dealer in Mass. I was not ready to go through the "buying a car experience" I was only in Maine for a short time and knew I didnt have time to buy the jeep in Maine. Tim did everything in his power to get this deal done. When I returned to Mass, I decided I wanted the car. Tim drove from Westbrook down to Mass to have me sign all the papers. He then drove to Manchester NH, to get all my paperwork from my Insurance company. The next morning he drove back to Mass again to register my car for me. He put my new plates on and delivered my car to me at work in Boston. Long story short, I got a brand new car and didnt even leave my office. Tim made this deal happen and I am thankful he worked so hard to get me my new car. The car has been absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a new Jeep, dont bother looking at other Jeep dealers, just go to Lee.

We purchased a new vehicle from Lee in Westbrook yesterday and let me tell you how amazing our salesman, Aaron Chase, was and how easy they made it for us. This is actually our second vehicle purchase from Lee in a little under a year. My 20 year old daughter needed a car. She needed a good reliable car because she is a single mom and works and goes to college. The first vehicle she wanted was not affordable for her, so our salesman, Aaron Chase, spoke to another man and they not only found a vehicle she could afford, but they found the perfect car for her!! She liked it better than the one she originally picked out!! The entire process from start to finish was incredibly easy. Aaron greeted us in the parking lot and showed us in and then offered us a beverage. He was not pushy and he was never insincere. He talked to us about our lives and he also shared with us about his life. It was like talking to a friend instead of a car salesman!! If you are thinking about purchasing a new or used car, go to Lee in Westbrook and ask for Aaron Chase!! I promise you that you will not regret it!! Oh and one more thing about purchasing a car from Lee... Your yearly state inspection for your car is free...FREE...every single year you own the car!! How many car dealerships do that? None that I know of, except for Lee!! They dont stop caring about you or your vehicle once you are out the door!! Ill never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle except to Lee Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Westbrook, ME!!!!!
