Everyone seems to love this store and I am one of the few who is not crazy about it. Since it is a thrift store and in the historic tower district its worth checking out. However, unlike other thrift stores in Fresno most of the clothes are stained, torn, or extremely damaged. The furniture is ok but Ive seen better at DAV. The book selection is stuck in 1970-80s science fiction or religious novels. The toy area is actually one of the best Ive seen in a thrift store with really good books, baby items, and dolls for kids. The workers are usually very nice, and like I said it is worth checking out. Just be mindful of the clothes you buy here.

Maybe I just went there at a bad time, but 2/3 employees I witnessed interacting with the customers were clueless or downright rude. They also have a cafe, but not a single dressing area yet (and it has been open for some time now). I really wanted to like this store, but they will not be getting any of my money unless I have a much better experience if/when I decide to try again.

They have a good selection of items, which is, of course, always changing with it being a thrift store. I do like that they have the Bag Sale where you can fill a paper bag full of apparel for $10-$12. What I dont like is that things are inconsistent among staff. Some of them are not very warm or welcoming. They need to work on manners and customer service skills.

Place has gone down hill. Used to be helpfulstaff, compared to my last visit, 3 mo. ago. Weird creepy guy followed me around; turns out he was employee! Good prices on household items but clothes are over priced and should be put in a burn pile!!!

They have a good selection. The close sold are not well organized by size and often just guns on the racks. Also, I tried to donate a metal futon, but the guy refused it and said he would only take the instruments I had to donate.

I really like shopping here. Its a huge store with a big selection, it is clean and my experience with the employees has been good so far. The prices are way better than Goodwill and I like that it supports our community.

I found almost everything I needed, and they even had black candles! I didnt even know a place with them. They section everything great as well. I LOVE this place, going back soon!

Staff are efficient and helpful about donations, especially in the back. The guys helped me unload and sort some donations and we had a good chat. Good times.

I found some an incredible selection of books here. $.75 for a paperback book and one day out of the week it is HALF PRICE. Can not beat that.
