I own a small taxi service in Southern Indiana, we run different makes and models of vehicles and any time Ive needed help diagnosing the problem the staff at Inter City are very knowledgeable and helpful. They almost always have the parts in stock or get them for me that day. More importantly for me, they not only carry low cost parts but also carry high end parts like Federal Mogul and thats what I need to keep my taxis rolling with less down time. I really do get the right parts at the right place!

This NAPA store in downtown New Albany, IN is awesome! 5 star service and they actually listen to the customer and want to help. I feel so blessed that I found this NAPA store. With all the beat up old cars we have to drive in my family we need allot of Auto Parts. The managers and store employees deserve special recognition for going above and beyond because now days that is very rare.
