Love to shop online and pickup at this store. The staff is experienced guys who can answer most questions. They are car guys themselves so they have good insight and advise. Only ever had to make one return. A few years ago someone had returned a used shock in a new shock box, they were able to pull stock from a store 20 miles away so I could still get the job done the same day.

This store is awesome and that is why I shop on the south side of Holland . Every time I go in there Gary happens to be working and this guy will get you in and out the door quickly as possible with the parts you need !! Outstanding customer service !

They dont stand behind their products. Bought a jack, second time I used it, it started to leak. Took it back to the store and they said they couldnt find it in their system and that I probably bought it from Wal-Mart. Wont be going back.

Wanted to get a lifetime part replaced and they said it has normal wear and wont replace because its old. So warranty for lifetime is no good.
