I came in to buy two screws for the bottom of my license plate and the sales rep picked longer ones than the existing ones and without my permission installed them scratching the paint behind my license plate. I would have observed him, but had to take a work phone call. I called and spoke to a manager and because they were busy said he would call me back later. He never called me back and the next day I called again and spoke to another manager who knew of the incident and had no solution other than come in when its warm (FEB now) and wait for a couple hours to apply some touch up paint. The issue is the paint will chip and rust soon as rarely do we wash behind our license plates. #thanksfornothing #gotoautozone #noaccountability

I had to get a new battery put in my SUV a week ago. After they replaced it my vehicle still wouldnt ever start. Turns out they forgot to bolt the battery back down so it was never getting a charge.
