I got there about 20 minutes before closing, and I really needed some power steering fluid. The lady that answered the door, the one that I thought was the manager, told me to hurry up, and to make sure I didnt walk across her floor that shed finished mopping and didnt want to mop again. I asked where the fluid was, she pointed me in the direction and said, "Over there." After I found it, I asked if they had a paper funnel or one I could use. I saw they had funnels, she told me I had to buy one. I understand that you have to buy stuff like that, however, the experience just didnt feel all that good. If I really hadnt needed the fluid, I wouldve just kept it moving.

This place is a joke. I bought a windshield wiper blade at another Auto Zone. Went into this Auto Zone because I thought there was something wrong with it. The old lady behind the counter said she wouldnt even look at it without my receipt. Then another guy said "You must have been high went you put this one" and then started bending the blade around. So rude and wouldnt even help me at all. The told me to go back to the other Auto Zone I got it from because "it would be to much trouble." Disappointed in the way they treated me.

I appreciate the service I received. A new battery and than on my way. The two young men in there went above and beyond for me as a customer. I greatly appreciate it. One of there names was Jalen, and sorry didnt get the other young mans name. Please recognize them both for a job well done. Thank you.

Horrible customer service, they are all smart asses and wouldnt give me any oil recommendations for my car?.. except for George hes cool one time he even went outside and looked at my car and was very helpful.

I had to park all the way in the back because everybody want to work on their cars right infront of the store!! Be c courteous to other shoppers & park your car in the back & work on it there!
