I moved here 5 years ago and let me tell you first off this place is horrible with the customer service. Be sure to check your parts because it never fails they will give you the wrong stuff, parts with missing items ,sell an item to another customer that ive prepaid to have come in from another store and be on hold for you to pickup and even lose your warranty information on auto parts with a warranty so that your screwed when its time for the item to be replaced. Most of the help in there barely understand anything on vehicles and how they work with the exception of the Daytime Manager Steve I believe. Everyone else there only seems to stick around for a few months then new faces appear. Id recommend NAPA as they seem to be the only other auto parts store in town with help that actually is knowledgeable but youll pay substantially more for the same autoparts. Good luck. ...Ive often joked with the staff that I should just bring my vehicle down to work on in the parking lot to save time when they give me the wrong parts. Trust me it never fails .

I went in there a couple weeks ago getting something for my exhaust and nobody said hi or bye or can I help you?! Or anything. They just stood there awkwardly looking at me!
